CASE : The tropang gimik attend the party, while the party was going-on, tropang gimik were about to start their shabu sessions.
The police officers are also on their way to the house where tropang gimik is celebrating their party. Upon entering the police
officers, two sachets of shabu with a total weight of 0.08 gram and two aluminum foil strips were allegedly seized from one of the
member of tropang gimik while attending the birthday party of his officemate. Consequently, the apprehending officers arrested
the member of tropang gimik who possess the two sachets of shabu with a total weight of 0.08 gram and two aluminum foil strips
and filed cases against him before the Regional Trial Court.
