1. Software Minimum Requirement
a) Operating System : any OS with latest browser (Windows, Linux, Android, MacOS, iOS,
etc)
b) Software Requirement : Browser (Chrome/Safari/Firefox/Opera) updated to latest version
c) Processor : Intel core I3 5th gen or above
d) RAM : 2Gb
e) Internet Connection : 5Mbps
f) Memory Available : 1Gb

 3 Graph There is a graphic data (On hand, Input (Putting), Output (Picking)) by
Category. Also you can click the “By Size” memnu for the graphic data by Size
Category.

4 Data The database for jobdesk picking or putting

5 Historical Data There is for information historical data after the job finished

6 Settings There is setting which only vendor can change

1. Go to Putting Menu, then click CREATE button

In Job Menu, there is list of all putting and picking transaction history

1. Click the Picking Menu, then click CREATE button

2. Then, you can SCAN/Add PACK/add Product that you want to Pick.

1. Create new master database

4. Troubleshooting Software

No Problem Countermeassure

1 WMS have lag proses when operational Refresh browser,Press F5

Remove browsing data, cookies, and cache in the browser settings to

refresh the application cache.

2 WMS cannot communication with AGV Restart the WMS server and CouchDB in Quicktron server to clear up
server load with the following command:

sudo service wms-server restart

sudo service couchdb restart
