    KNOW ALL to whom these presents shall come that I/We the undersigned appoint Mr. [Name of Advocate here],
    Advocate of [Address of Advocate], Amritsar, hereinafter called ‘the Advocate’ to be Advocate for
    ________________ in above mentioned case to do all the following acts, deeds and all things or any of them that is
    to say:
    1. To act, appear and plead in the above mentioned case in this court or any other court in which the same may be
    tried or heard in its first instance or in appeal or letters patent appeal or Review or Revision or Execution or in
    any other stage or its progress until its final decision.

    2. To present Pleading, Appeal, Letters Patent Appeals, Cross objections or Petitions for execution, review,
    revision, withdrawal, compromise or other petitions or affidavits or other documents as shall be deemed
    necessary or advisable for the prosecution of the said case in all its stages.

    3. To withdraw or compromise the said case or submit to arbitration any differences or disputes that arise touching
    or in any manner relating to the said case.

    4. To receive money and grant receipts thereof and to do all other acts and things which may be necessary to be
    done for the progress and all in the courts of the prosecution of the said case.

    5. To employ or engage other legal practitioner authorizing him to exercise the power an authority hereby conferred
    on the Advocate whenever he may think fit to do so.

    6. To make tender of arrears of rent, interest and costs etc. on my /our behalf and/or to receive such tender if made
    by the opposite party for payment to me/us and to give receipts thereof.

    AND I/WE hereby agree to ratify whatever the Advocate or his substitute shall do in the premises and in this connection.

    AND I/WE hereby agree not to hold the Advocate or his substitute responsible for the result of the said case in consequence of
    his absence from the Court when the said case is called up for hearing.

    AND I/WE hereby agree that in the event of whole or any part of fee agreed by me/ us to be paid to Advocate remaining unpaid,
    he shall be entitled to withdraw from the prosecution of the said case until the same is paid, if any costs are allowed for an
    adjournment, the Advocate would be entitled to the same.

    AND I/WE hereby agree that the Advocate will not be bound to appear for me/us, if the case is transferred to any other court or
    he sits at any other place than its normal place of sitting and if any application for Retention is to be filed in the case, the
    Advocate will be entitled to a fresh fee as paid in the case.

    AND I/WE hereby agree that in the event, the case is dismissed in default or in case I/We are proceeded ex-parte because of
    action of the Advocate because of his engagements, said Advocate will not be responsible. I/We hereby undertake to appear in
    person on every date of hearing of this case for proper prosecution of this case by/against me/us.

    IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I/We do hereunto set my/our hand to these presents, the contents of which have been explained
