    (hereinafter called the advocate/s) to be my/our advocate/s for the above mentioned cases
    to do all following acts and deeds and things or any that is to say.

    To act appear and plead in above mentioned case in this court or any other court in which
    the same may be tried and heard in the instances or also in the appellate court including
    High Court subject to the payment of fees separately for each court by me/us.
    To sign file, verify and present pleading appeals, Letters patent appeals, Cross-Objections
    or petition for execution, revision, withdraw compromise or other petition or affidavits or
    other documents as shall be deemed necessary or advisable for the prosecution of the said
    in all its stages subject to payment of fees for each stage.
    To withdraw or compromise the said case or submit to arbitration any difference dispute
    that shall arise touching or in any Matter relating to the said case.
    To take execution petitions.
    To deposit, draw, receive money, cash, cheques and grant receipts therefore and to do all
    other acts and things which may be necessary to be done for the progress as in the course
    of the prosecution of the said case.
    To employ any other Legal Practitioner authorizing him to exercise the power an
    authorities hereby confirmed on the Advocate whenever he may think fit to do so.
    AND I/we the undersigned do hereby agree to ratify whatever agree ratify whatever the
    Advocate or his substitute shall do in the promise and in this connection as if the act has
    been done as my/our own acts.
    AND I/we hereby agree not hold the Advocate or his substitute responsible for the result of
    the said case in consequences of his absence from the court when the said case is called up
    for hearing.
    AND I/we hereby undertake that I/we or my duly authorized agent would appear in the
    Court on all hearings and will inform the Advocate for the appearance when the case is
    called.
    AND I/we hereby agree that in the event of the whole or any part of the fee agreed by me
    to be paid to the Advocate remaining unpaid he shall be entitled to withdraw from the
    prosecution of the said case until the same is paid. The fee settled is only for the above
    case and above Court. The adjournment cost whenever ordered by the Court shall be of the
    Advocate which he shall receive and retain for himself.
    AND I/we hereby agree that once the fee is paid I/we will not be entitled for the refund of
    the same in any case whatsoever and if the case prolongs to more than three years, the
    original fee for every addition three year will be paid again by me/us.

    IN WITNESS WHEREOF I/we do hereunto set my/our hand to these presents the contents of
    which have been explained to and understood by me/us on this ______day of_________
