This document outlines tasks for a teamwork skills unit, including allocating roles and responsibilities, contributing to discussions, and participating in and reviewing a team activity. The team's activity was to create a short film under one minute including all required shot types. Barry's role was to create the storyboard to plan shots. Bert completed a risk assessment and Fred was the camera operator. Their film was called "The Chase". Barry felt he effectively planned the shots needed but could have contributed more to the story.

3.3. Identify the skills that other members of the team brought to the activity.

Bert made sure that we had a fully completed risk assessment for the film and that we had
chosen safe locations to film in.

Fred was our camera operator and captured a number of the shots required to meet the
brief.

Task 4. Be able to review own contribution to the team.

4.1. Assess own contribution to the team discussion and activity.

During the team discussion I suggested we film outside in the quad as this would have good
lighting and shield us from the cold wind this time of year.

Using my storyboards and the checklist provided I made sure that the team did not need to
re shoot any footage after our 3rd filming shoot saving us more time to edit with.

4.2. Review the effectiveness of own contribution to the team.

My list and storyboards kept me organised and focused on what shots we needed to get.

By producing these I saved my team time and kept us on task.

I feel I could have contributed more to the overall story and next will make the effort to put
more ideas forward.
