availability, and continuity management for the site and user environment including
relevant analyses.
Training and educating users on using equipment, systems/tools and applications,
where this is related to reducing callout rates and increasing efficiency.
Ensure the end-user environment is protected against viruses, spam and spyware
through the protection software.
Update the virus software and virus definition files regularly.
Notify the Service Desk, upon detection of a virus and work with the relevant teams
to assess the scope of damage, stop the spread and any progressive damage from the
virus
Travelling to client sites to assist with installation, deployment, and troubleshooting of
software and hardware issues.
Expert in handling executive management system problems.
Maintaining and troubleshooting basic issues of KIOSK machines located across the
site
Logging tickets in BMC Remedy tool and following up with all the pending tickets and
closing them in a timely manner to achieve SLA targets
Handled escalations from customer on critical issues
Active Directory account administration. Creating user accounts, Distribution lists and
mailboxes in AD and Quest application
Preparing Sop’s on different day to day issues
Sending outage notification and relevant updates to all EGA Employees in case of any
IT related changes
