Fold 12” X 15” Osnaburg in half lengthwise.

Fold 6” X 6” print in half diagonally as shown above and fuse Craft Fuse to one half.

Top-stitch finished edge on Side Pocket.

Sew fabric panel from previous step to 9 ¾” X 10” Osnaburg.
Press towards print.

Layer 10” X 15” print with 6” X 15” pocket panel and side pocket as shown.
Secure with a basting stitch along sides and bottom.
Mark a line ¼” right of center for Pen Pocket placement. Make a second mark 1” right of first
mark.
Stitch using marks as a guide for Pen Pocket. Be sure to backstitch at top of pocket for added
strength.
Set aside.

Topstitch ¼” on each side of print on exterior panel.
On the right side of the exterior fabric panel, measure down 3 ¾” and in 2” and make a mark.
This indicates button placement. Secure button using a zigzag stitch.

Secure ribbon on opposite side of exterior panel.
You should now have the exterior panel and interior panel assembled.

Layer interior panel on top of exterior panel with right sides together and pin in place.
Sew interior and exterior panels together using peltex as the guide for your seam.
Leave a large opening along the top edge for turning.

Clip corners being sure not to clip into seams

Topstitch 1/8” all the way around the outside edge. This will secure the opening in the top
closed.
