We do have that location because we really see how the business would succeed.
The growth of economy starts there because a lot of entrepreneurs chose that place.
It can be seen with many consumers for this is beside the provincial road. As an
entrepreneurs we must take the limit of it's own capacity.
Type of Enterprise
Manufacturing firm for a food service.
Size, Sales, Number of Employee, and Square Footage
We set the sales to 70,000 pesos as amount of all the ingredients to be supplied in
one month. Five employees, two for the baking, and three for serving. We the
partners having this initiative that we are going to manage as a cashier. We
estimated the land area of 100 sq. meter for the cafe.
History Highlights
We are motivated to have this kind of business because we want to promote the
goodness and effect of enjoying the food. We do observed also that most of the
people here in town, loves having a snack while socializing with their friends. If this
cafe will be implemented they will love it and we don’t see any big competitors. We
don’t chose bigger services because we know and understand our limit in managing
the business. This was agreed for we all know that this would help us develop our
skills and can bring happiness to the customers.
Mission
To catch your doubts and painful thoughts. We will sustain each costumer emotional
and health development. We will provide a pizza that will make them laugh and
forget the hour to hour problems. It might be a great idea that when they enter the
cafe the negative thoughts will be replace with cheerful ideas. With that they will
conclude that happiness never leave their precious heart. The quality of the pizza is
the same with the family or friend might spend. Eating is not all about fulfilling your
stomach but also your mode in living.
Vision
A cafe towards fulfillment of joy. In this world full of judgements, a real

communication with a real friend must be acquired. Expressing never failed if you
have the time to express it well. Loneliness can be cope up if you get along with
friends and eat pizza. It is a great honor to have a cafe where people might relax and
be full. A smile from each face is such a great contribution of peace in the
community.

What makes an employee to be inspired is that how an employer appreciates their

hard work. It can be shown through giving their any chances of shinning and give
them advice in a well pleasing way. They would love their work and help customer to
be comfortable. All of the customers have the right to secure their own goodness and
health. We will make sure that there is a significant thing like designs that will touch
their hearts.

The necessity of the cafe such as supply and maintained equipment might distract
the background of a business. Conflict and errors are part of it, such as the
absenteeism of employees, the expiration of supplies, the unexpected event in the
community and the arguing customers. Maybe in time, we are going to accept orders
for any event if requested and if we can . That opportunity will help us to do better
and sustain the customers in more good quality. They will realize that this cafe never
been selfish.
Market Area, Target Audience and Market Potential
In this area we see a lot of teenagers or we should say students. Our target market
is the student who have group of friends and love having a bond. Also the young
children that wanted to explore the beauty of the cafe and try our pizza. The Family
that loves eating together. We offer pizza and refreshment for them to have strong
relationships.
Alternatives of our Product
We can have more affordable snacks such as pancakes and mini juices. These will
be trend also for pancakes are not just in home but also in our cafe. They will eat it
with a comfortable and not dangerous surrounding . A private place for each one of
them.
C. Key Characteristics Of The Industry
Our business belongs to the secondary type of industry because we process food
and sell it to the consumers. By the past years there is a pizza restaurant but it fails
by not clear reason. That thing never give us the doubt to continue this but that
shows how community change. This days teens love having pizza because it’s new
to them and not common to eat. The issues of industry there is that people only love
a thing when it is new to them but with this we see that they will permanently love
eating pizza. Optimistic entrepreneurs will help the industry to grow and develop.
D. Strategic Management
We the entrepreneurs are oblige to handle things in the business calmly and
properly. These are some way to do such thing. The weaknesses of the cafe can be
manage through making orientations with the employees and with that we can
receive each ones idea to set conflicts. The strength of a business is not a strong
guarantee to reassure things, we will give time to see how that strength will take
long. The opportunities help the business to innovate but for that to stay we must
take care on having it, humbleness would help. All of partners must know and
updated about different threats a business will encounter . With that we will carry
things out together not individually. Teamwork will help us to cope up those chances
of failing the business.
Short term and Long term Goal
We will assure that things work out for the target customers to try our pizza. That is
our primary goal to catch the customers heart and make them our regular customers.
We will strive hard to avoid things that will disappoint them. We will also check if the
workers will love their work and last long in service. The long term goal is to have
branches in different towns. Make our cafe popular and continue innovating more
about it.
