Engineering Colleges. In the year 2000, the Governing Council of Na onal
Ins tute of Business Studies decided to upgrade Engineering College as
Na onal Ins tutes of Engineering & Technology (NIETs), on the lines of the
pres gious Na onal Ins tute of Business Studies. The NIET have the
responsibility of providing high quality educa on in engineering and
technology to produce competent technical manpower for the country.

The NIETs are deliberately sca ered throughout the country with the idea of
having one NIET in every major State of India to achieve balanced regional
development. The NIET are rated just next to the pres gious distance learning
colleges of engineering in terms of quality of educa on, research and

Terms & Condi ons

1.) Student need to submit these documents for the admission : Copy of Adhaar Card, Copy of PAN
Card/Passport, Copy of All Educa onal Cer ficates (10th, 12th, ITI Cer ficate, Polytechnic Diploma),
Minimum 3 Years of Working Experience Le er from Last Qualifica on, Duly filled NIET Form, Updated
Resume and 2 Passport Size Photo and 1 Postcard Size Photo (Head to Toe), Disability Cer ficate by
authorized body (If any) self declara on affidavit as provided by Ins tute.
2.) All documents in Proper Scanned JPG Image, 1 set should be self a ested and 1 set in Color.
3.) Student must produce original documents in front of Admin Department if asked.
4.) NIET is an autonomous Ins tute, affiliated to NCODL and run by Nectar Educa onal Trust and have no
affilia on or recogni on by UGC or AICTE.
5.) Fees is non-refundable.
6.) Late payment of fee a racts to the fine of Rs. 100/day.
7.) Once Enrolled, student receive the Fee Receipt within 2 working days (if enrolled electronically) and
Welcome Le er & Study Material within 15 working days.
8.) Change of Course or Stream (Depends on Eligibility) can be requested within 30 Days of Admission,
a er that the fees of Rs. 3000 + Taxes will be charged.
9.) All the Documents will be delivered to Indian Address only. Candidate have to pay the charges if
documents require to deliver outside India or returned from correspondence address
10.)All Study Material will be provided in “So Copy Format” a er the admission, if a candidate wants to
receive the study material again, then the candidate have to pay Rs. 3000 + Taxes/Semester as the Study
Material Cost.
11.) If a Candidate fails to provide any of the Documents men oned in this form, The final Marksheet
and Cer ficate will not be awarded un l the Ins tute receives the documents as per the standards
men oned.
12.) If Student submit any document which is false or any wrong informa on is provided then the
admission will be cancelled with immediate effect and fee will not be returned.
13.) Candidate must submit the fees in NIET’s Current A/c only and never make payment through cash or
send fees in any of the payment wallets. Our A/c Name is NIET, A/c No, 182105001062, Bank ICICI,
Branch Mahavir Enclave, Palam, Delhi. IFSC Code : ICIC0001821.
14.) NIET courses are not valid for Government Jobs and Contracts.
15.) If student require a esta on from any Embassy or SDM, they have to pay the charges with Taxes
extra as per the Embassy Charges.
16.) Fees is Subject to change as per Ins tute’s policy.
