    2. In consideration of the above payment, I hereby release,

    officers, directors, stockholders or employees, from all causes of action,

    limitation, past, present or future, past, present or future, actual or
    consequential damages), of any kind or character whatsoever, in law,
    equity or otherwise, which in any way may arise out of, or are related to or
    connected with, directly or indirectly to my retirement claim or
    employment.

    3. I hereby undertake that this Release, Waiver & Quitclaim shall


    remain private and shall not be divulged to third party and this
    undertaking shall likewise forever bind myself, my assigns and successors-
    in-interest, administrators, executors as the case may be.

    4. I hereby also warrant that I shall not file, nor authorize any person
    to file, any case or claim on my behalf in connection with my retirement
    claim or employment with ____________________________ and its officer,
    directors, or employees and any contracts, agreements (written or
    otherwise).

    5. Furthermore, I hereby warrant that I shall at all times keep
    confidential or shall not use or disclose all/any business strategy, plans,
    systems, programs, documents or information which I may have acquired
    in relation to my employment with ____________________________ or from its
    officer, directors, or employees, and any contracts, agreements,
    transactions from its clients, associates, or business affairs.

    6. Lastly, I hereby undertake to cooperate fully in the turn-over of


    my accountabilities, or properties, pending transactions, documents
