RESOLUTION NO.007-2019

“A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EDMUNDO SP. SANTOS (SK CHAIRMAN) AND JAMAECA JEAN D. TAN
(SK TRASURER) TO BECOME THE OFFICIAL SIGNATORIES OF ALL FINANCIAL TRANSACTIONS OF THE
SANGGUNIANG KABATAAN WITH THE LAND BANK OF THE PHIPPINES”

WHEREAS, Section 20 (b) of R.A No. 10742 provides that the Sangguniang Kabataan in a bank, preferably
government-owned, situated in or nearest to its area of jurisdiction, with SK Chairman and SK Treasurer
as the official signatories.

WHEREAS, The Sangguniang Kabataan of Barangay Wakas have UNANIMOUSLYCHOSEN LAND BANK OF
THE PHILIPPINES, BALAGTAS BRANCH, AS THEIR OFFICIAL GOVERNMENT DEPOSITORY BANK and Officials
authorized Mr. Edmundo SP. Santos (SK Chairman) and Ms. Jamaeca Jean D. Tan (SK Treasurer) to transact
on all financials transactions of the Sangguniang Kabataan of Barangay Wakas, Bocaue, Bulacan.

WHEREAS, The Sangguniang Kabataan Council of Barangay Wakas hereby authorized MR. EDMUNDO SP.
SANTOS (SK CHAIRMAN) AND MS. JAMAECA JEAN D. TAN (SK TREASURER) TO BECOME THE OFFICIAL
SIGNATORIES OF ALL FINANCIAL TRANSACTIONS OF THE SANGGUNIANG KABATAAN WITH THE LAND BANK
OF THE PHILIPPINES.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE SANGGUNIANG KABATAAN OF


BARANGAY WAKAS to approve its Resolution 007.
