 Head  Eye  Face  Ear  Respiratory  Hand  Foot

 Breathing Apparatus  Special Clothing  Others Specify ___________________________

BASIC JOB STEPS POTENTIAL HAZARDS PROPOSED ACTION OR PROCEDURE


Scale Deck Lifting / Shoring Falling of load  Use correct lifting equipment and sling method
Pinch  Load must not be overload
Securing of Loadcells Out of Balance  Eliminate Reaching, Bending or other Awkward
Posture
Pinching of Hard  Use tool that fit the hand, have no sharp edges and
eliminate awkward hard and wrist position
Reinforcement of Damage Electrocution  Be aware of exposed cables in the area and inform
Cross Beams Area supervisor so it can be replace immediately

Fire and explosions  Before Beginning To Weld, Inspect The Work Area
For Any Flammable Materials And Remove Them
From The Area
