No.1 General Inspection
1.1 Visual Inspection :
The visual inspection is carried out on all devices and boards to see that there are no damage and foreign matter on them.
All connections are checked for the tightness between main unit and all other devices.
All Installed unit and each devises are checked for conditions according to the assembly drawings.
Each element is checked for their types, ratings and number according to the drawings.

No.2 System Start-Up
Confirm that the system response is correctly during the system startup with unnecessary error.
Turn on the power switch on each system component according to following procedure.
Step-1 Turn on the MASTER CUBICLE

GPS clock will be started ⇒ [Time service] LED turned green.
SC-1/GW-1 will be started ⇒ SC-1/GW-1: [Run] LED turned on.
SC-2/GW-2 will be started ⇒ SC-2/GW-2: [Run] LED turned on.
Ethernet switch will be started.
Step-2 Turn on the BCU, RELAY, ETHERNET SWITCH power (for CRP PANEL)

RELAY will be started ⇒ [In Service] LED turned on.
Step-3 Turn on the printers

Printer will be started.
Step-4 Turn on EWS, OWS

EWS will be started.
OWS will be started.
HIS will be started.

Unnecessary error and error message are not detected on each system component during system startup.
The condition of system component after completely startup is as follows.

No.3 System Shut-Down
Confirm that the system response is correctly during the system shutdown.
Turn off the power switch on each system component according to following order.
Step-1 Turn off the EWS, OWS

OWS, EWS, HIS will be stopped.
Step-2 Turn off the printers.

Printers will be stopped.
Step-3 Turn off the BCU, RELAY, ETHERNET SWITCH power (for CRP PANEL)

Step-4 Turn off the MASTER CUBICLE

Ethernet switch will be stopped.
SC-1/GW-1 will be stopped
SC-2/GW-2 will be stopped

No.5 Security Management
Confirm that security system permits to access right of password correspond which has four security levels for operations.
«Criteria»
Following operations are permitted according to the respective security levels.
Level 4 View level

View level that it is possible to startup the system, to switch the screen from the top menu screen to the On-line mode
screens and monitor them, to stop an alarm sound, to display on-line help, to take a screen hard copy.
Level 3 Operator level
Level 2 Engineer level

Engineering level which in addition to level 3, this level permits to on-line set-up of upper or lower measurement limits, to
permit the remote access on the EWS, to modify the group of trend graph, to modify the report display Items or data, to
maintenance the auto printing setting on the report screen, to change the relay monitoring screen, to set the plant Item
Information, to switch the test or maintenance mode, manual override function, operate Interlock bypass control.
Level 1 System manager level

System Manager level, which in addition to level 2, this level permits to database maintenance, and user registration.
