Bearings Simply Supported Shaft

This Excel spreadsheet calculates the deflection of a simply supported shaft with bearings. It contains inputs for the shaft properties like length, diameter, modulus of elasticity, and load. It also includes bearing properties such as length, clearance, and stiffness. The spreadsheet then calculates outputs like the deflection and slope of the shaft at different points, as well as reactions and stresses. It is able to determine if the calculated deflection, slope, stress, and other values are within acceptable safety factors.
