Productivity Tables
The ‘Factors’ are the time needed for the average painting tradesperson to complete each painting
task on an area basis.
The time is fixed, so to speak, by the averages of hundreds of painters, but the hourly rate changes
as necessary.
Paint can be readily calculated at an average spreading rate of 10m2 per litre per coat, which
allows for colours, wastage and other losses.

(c) Ditto but remove all hardware. Use ‘painter’s own’ temporary
