2. The post qualification process is Not applicable for this tender work.
3. The forms of Main Tender documents are available on the e-Tendering website of Govt.
of Maharashtra http://mahatenders.gov.in
4. The aspiring Bidders will have to download Main Tender form, from the website
mentioned above. The bidder has to fill in Online format and upload information
regarding Main Tender Online. Also he has to download the Main Tender application
form from website, fill it and upload the scanned copy of duly filled form, along with
required documents.
5. The blank tender forms will have to be downloaded by the contractor only from the
website of Govt. of Maharashtra http://mahatenders.gov.in While submitting the duly
filled Tender Documents the Bidder are required to Deposit Tender fee amount of
through e-payment gateway. The contractor has to prepare & submit Main Tender
Documents On line on or before as per schedule.
6. The contractor should upload the documents in readable form, He should take trial of
uploads by taking printout. The unreadable documents will be treated as null & void. The
remaining documents will be evaluated. The decision of opening Authority regarding this
will be binding to all contractors.
7. All rights are reserved to reject any or all Main Tender documents without assigning any
reason by the competent authority.
8. Foreign contractors shall be participate in tender if he has an Indian Sub company.
9. Time schedule for various bidding process as follows.

11. As per published date and time of opening of tender on website Bidder/authorized
representative should be present otherwise no any objection will be accepted after

13.1 It is mandatory for the bidder to make payment of tender from fee, PSD and EMD from
their own account.
13.2 Bidders are solely responsible and liable for action under IPC for any false / fraudulent
documents, uploaded for evaluation of their technical criteria.
13.3 No officer of WRD and DAO will be held responsible in the court of law or anywhere in
respect of clause 9 and 10 mentioned above.
13.4 Action will be taken against the bidder as per section 4.15 of WRD GR No. 0417 dated
30/11/2018.
14. Bidders can use ‘seek clarification option’ on NIC portal for their queries. There will be
no pre bid meeting for this purpose.
15. Tender documents in hard copy are not acceptable.
16. Bidders are not required to upload DD of Performance Security Deposit, L1 needs to
submit it to the division within 8 days of opening of financial bid.
