    Step 2:
    Prepare a script describing your job at present,
    in the past and in the future (*). Talk about:
    •       what you are interested in
    •       your duties
    •       your obligations
    •       what you don’t have to do
    •       some prohibitions for you at work
     
    (*) If you don’t have a job now, just use your imagination
    and pretend you have one (Your major, for example!).
     
    You can start like this:
    Hello. I’m Ana. I’m an architect. I love my job. Every day,
    I must get at the office. at 7: 30 a.m. As to my duties, I
    have to…
     
    Step 3:
    Stand in front of the camera and record
    yourself in a
    video telling us about your job.
    Practice several times before recording the final version of your video.
     
    Here are some things to keep in mind
    while recording your video:
     Speak as clearly as possible.
     Smile.
     Be in a well-lit area.
     Be confident.
     Look at the camera when you speak.
     Don’t just read.
     
     Some guidelines to make your video:
     
     Use vocabulary and grammar
    structures studied in Unit 2:  
     vocabulary about work and business
     modals: had to, don’t have to, must not,  must
     Your video should last about 1 minute
    or 1 minute and a half (1’-1’30).
     Use youtube.com to make the video. Test your video works
    well before sending the link. Change video privacy setting to “Public”
    so your teacher can view it. 
     You can also use any other software to make your video.
     You have to paste the link of your video and the script (the
    script is referential) in the Assignment section (Actividad in Unit 2) on
    Blackboard.
     Use the template below (See page 3).

     task achievement (clarity and use of webcam)

    Hola soy Luis, soy estudiante y estudio ingeniería civil. Actualmente, trabajo como maestro de
    matemáticas. I have to ir a la academia a las 10 am. Y estoy ocupado hasta la 1 pm. Enseño a
    los alumnos de la upc, san martin de Porres y la usil y la mayoría es ingeniero.

    Antes yo trabajé como asistente de un ingeniero de economía, i must viajar a ica, anchash y
    Cajamarca llevando papeles. Some prohibitions for you ar work, realizar un tour. Tenia que
    recibir llamadas constantemente.

    En el futuro, sere un ingeniero civil. Yo tendré que planificar proyectos, organizar a los
    trabajadores y haber bien mis cálculos. Yo no tengo que robar.
