Kril Alfabesi

The Serbian Cyrillic alphabet, called Azbuka, contains 30 letters. It is nearly identical to the alphabets used in Bosnian and Macedonian with some minor differences. The Serbian Latin alphabet, or Abeceda, uses the same letters but written differently and in a different order. Both alphabets are used in Serbian, Bosnian, and other South Slavic languages, with the Cyrillic version more common in Serbia and the Latin version more common elsewhere.

Letters from the Serbian Latin alphabet (латиница) are equivalent to those Cyrillic, only written in a different way.

In addition, they have the different order in the alphabet. The Serbian Latin Alphabet is created by Croatian

linguist Ljudevit Gaj. Completely the same alphabet is used by Bosnian and Serbian languages. The Serbian

Latin alphabet is called Abeceda. NOTES: Letters dž, lj, and nj are made up of two letters. However, they are

pronounced as one single letter. Letter đ is sometimes written as dj.
