advantages of time grid diagram.

Q.2 (a) What do you understand by floats? Differentiate clearly between ‘total float’, 07
‘free float’, and ‘independent float’.

(b) The data for the project is given in table. Prepare the network diagram with the 07
estimated duration of various activates.
