o Training Need Assessment (TNA), based on Survey Method, PMS reports to prepare Training
Need and Framing up Annual Training Plan (ATP), Training Budget through Pareto Analysis and
discussions with immediate supervisors & Top Management.
o Implemented Training Program based on the ATP to cover three levels:
o - Leadership Group including developing Leadership Pipeline;
- Middle Level
- Junior Level
o Arranged Training through Institutes and Faculty for external programs;
o Feedback collection and collation to Training effectiveness;
o As internal faculty, imparted Training on “Team Building” for the level of Managers & above. Also
imparted Training on PMS based on BSC, e-PMS and e-HR.
o Developed a 6 months module for training of GET (MT)/PGDT.

o Iterated analysis of Skill & Job requirement, deciding Job Description of the people & finding
