ABOUT BLOOMIN BRANDS

Carrabba’s was founded by a real family

- Johnny Carrabba and Damian
Mandola. With their heritage deeply
rooted in family, they set out to create
an authentic dining experience with the
business being ran “straight from the
heart.”

The first Carrabba’s opened in Kirby, TX to great success! The food continues
to be made in our scratch exhibition kitchen with authentic family recipes
that have been passed down through generations from both the Mandola
and Carrabba families. A second location was eventually opened and the
rest is history!

Since then, our family of brands has expanded to include:

Together, these unique, Founder-inspired restaurants make up Bloomin'

Brands, Inc. All the brands were founded by people who have a genuine
passion for food and a desire to share hospitality with others.
Today, Bloomin’ Brands is one of the world's largest casual dining
companies with approximately 87,000 Team Members and more than 1,450
restaurants worldwide.
The Bloomin’ Brands vision statement is ‘Being the company of
restaurants most trusted to nourish and delight Our People – one
moment at a time.’
