    The Psychic Shell

    This attunement will place an energetic shell around you. This is helpful when
    you need stronger boundaries than you presently have or for extra peace of
    mind. Helpful keeping out unwanted energies,entities,frequencies, and
    influences. The Psychic Shell will stay on for as long as needed or however
    long you specify.

    How to attune
    Simply say, 'I accept the attunment The Psychic Shell and integrate it fully and
    completlely'.

    After about an hour you should be attuned to it, to use it, you just need to say 'I call
    upon my psychic shell attunement' you can specify how long you want to keep it on
    for (hours minutes etc) or it will stay on until there are no threats to you.
