    CHILLER >> 0 to 5 degree centigrade : Record Chiller temperature for Dairy and F&V

    Mention Equipment temperature below

    Notes : Standards

    Use caliberated, clean and sanitized thermometer


    As per FSSAI, chilled food temperature standard must be between 0 to 5 degree centigrade (* if store sell cut F & V like cut fruits, sprout, etc)
    As per FSSAI, frozen food temperature standard must be below minus 18 degree centigrade
    Verify thermometer temperature weekly. If more than +/- 1 degree centigrade, stop using it and order new thermometer

    1. Shift products from faulty to good chiller/freezer, manage facings and price labels
    2. Log tickets with facility and follow up
    3. Stop replenishment and look for RTV in nearby stores
