My ideal girl is Japanese girl, I want him to be a kind
person, and she is tall, have a white skin, and I’m

going to court her by respecting her at all times,
learning there culture, meeting her parents, and I
will take things slow until I decided to marrying her.
For now, I don’t know my ideal marriage.
My ideal family is going to have a two children one

boy and one girl, and I want them to go to high class
school like Montessori, etc. I think my parenting
style Is Authoritative Parenting.
My ideal career is going to be a young entrepreneur,

stock broker, and real estate broker, I want to
achieve that while I’m young and I want to travel
around the world with my family and love ones, but I
really want to go to japan, London, Paris, and Holly
wood.
I think by doing that career at a very young age is
going to make me a millionaire and even if I retire,
I’m just going to travel around the world and not
worrying about all my expenses.
Mr. Bonny Maliwat is the owner of this fruit shake and
lemon juice store in 1217 Castanos St. Sampaloc, Manila. It
started since 2016. He is 56 years old and before fruit bar he
had other business, Chian’s lugawan, Fortune Italy and a
barbershop he handle it with her wife but suddenly his wife
already passed away. Since then he is the only one who
handle their business, so he decided to focus on one
business. He thought that in their street there’s no one
selling healthy drink, so he came up with this business
called fruit bar.
EXISTING SYSTEM
The business has a manual inventory system Mr. Bonny

makes a list for his inventory. He only writes the things in
one paper or notebook to monitor what he needs for his
business. He also Monitor and analyzed it and he always
make sure that the fruits that he uses are good only for 2
days. After 2 days he dispose the spoilage fruits. These
systems suffer from a high error rate and are much slower
than computerized.
PROPOSAL SYSTEM
A Manual System is a bookkeeping system where records
are maintained by hand, without using a computer system.
In short Manual System is hard to do in business especially
in Mr. Bonny’s situation. At his age It’s hard for him to
monitor his inventory by making list or for handled by hand.
We suggest to download MS Excel app for him to have
faster list through only in his device. We suggested this app
so that he will not write it anymore and it will be
automatically recorded.

Mr. Bonny buys in bulk order for non-spoilage items like

drinking straw and drinking cups. And the price of it is 75
cents each for the drinking straw while drinking cups is 3
pesos each for both 250 ml. and 500ml.So he spends 7,500
pesos for drinking straw and 6,000 pesos for drinking cups for
a total of 13,500 pesos he just estimate when to buy so there
is no exact date.
For the sugar and condensed milk, he buys 2 kilos every 1

week because he only used 2 to 3 tea spoons of sugar for
every healthy fruit shake that he serves. For Condensed milk
he buys 24 pcs of it every 2 months because it has a long shelf
life and he used it frequently for healthy fruit shake. There is
no estimated price for this because he said that the price of
this two change a lot.
And for Yakult, mango, banana, lemon. He buys Yakult 8 pesos

each he used it for the lemon juice he buys it every 1 week.
And for the fruits like mango, and banana he only buys 10 pcs
every 2 days because it is faster to rotten. But for lemon he
buys 20 pcs of it because it’s a lot slower to be rotten and he
used it for Home made fresh squeezed lemon.
Every item in the fruit bar have a different schedule to restock

because some of it like cups and drinking straw doesn’t spoiled.
And some other items like condensed milk, and sugar doesn’t
expire within months or years but because it is used frequently so
he buys a lot of lt.
He said to us that there are sometimes that her customers are a lot
and her stocks of fruits and cups is running low or even out stocks
and some other times her costumer is to low that the fruit is
spoiling. So, he make sure that the supply he buys is efficient to
produce his product.
