Job Profile: * Maintaining and clearly crosschecking of C/bills, invoices, money receipts,
Payment vouchers, visitor’s paid out vouchers etc.
*Handling dispatches, taking care of front office stationeries and making

*Crosschecking of night reports, inhouse bills/out bills, cash handover book
Encashment book.etc.
*Reconcile all revenue statements from outlets with the computer system.
*Prepare statement of bills over a specified amount.
*Follow up of reservation correspondence, high balance and guest pick-up/
Drop requirements, and foreign guest C-form-forms register and hand
To the dispatch section any forms required to be sent to the Foreigner
Registration Office.
*Taking care of lobby area, F.O.staff’s briefing, maintaining staffs grooming
Maintaining F.O.Duty Rooster.
*Reporting to and coordinating with Housekeeping dept, Roomservice &
Restaurant/bar.

*Co-ordinate closely with Housekeeping for clearance of rooms to sell.
*Maintaining all cash receiving/payments transaction etc.
*Prepare room reports and occupancy statistics.
*Maintain and turn in control records and reports specified by the
Management.
5. Worked with Hotel Highway View (3star hotel) from Sept2004 to Aug2005, situated
in Sanpada, Navi Mumbai as a Front Office Receptionist.
