Steps of Integration
Please find below the details and steps for integrating your CRM with IndiaMART leads.
Step 1:
Visit Setting > Account Setting available on the left navigation of seller.indiamart.com and click on
Generate Key. A unique CRM key will be received on your registered email-id & mobile number.

Note: On clicking ‘Generate Key’, a new key will be generated & older one will expire

Step 2:

Use the integration link given below to get all the IndiaMART leads. There are four input parameters
(marked in bold and yellow) in the link.

Please replace these 4 parameters below with your actual details:

(a) GLUSR_MOBILE: This is the primary mobile number of your account registered with IndiaMART.
This is a mandatory input parameter

(b) GLUSR_MOBILE_KEY: This is a unique key which is received on your primary email & mobile
number. This is also a mandatory input parameter

(c) Start_Time: This is the start date from which you want to fetch the leads.

(d) End_Time: This is the end date till which you want to fetch the leads.

Start_Time and End_Time can be entered in following two formats:

• Date format (DD-MON-YYYY format) e.g. 25-JAN-2019


• Timestamp format (DD-MM-YYYY HH:MM:SS) e.g. 25-01-2019 16:30:00
Integration Link (following links are just for demonstration purpose)

(a) To get the IndiaMART leads between two given dates:

This link will give data between 09:00 AM 1st June 2019 to 1:00 PM 13th Jun 2019.

Note:

(a) In case of no specific date range, please use the following URL.
Only latest 30 days data will be displayed in this case (max 200)

(b) It is recommended to hit this link once in every 2 hours. Please note that minimum time
difference between two consecutive hit should be 15 mins.

(c) It is recommended not to keep a time difference of more than 15 days between start time
and end time.

(d) Maximum number of records in any case will be 200

Step 3:

Copy and paste the link given in step 2, in any web browser (google chrome, Mozilla Firefox etc.) to get
IndiaMART leads. Details about the output parameters are mentioned below.

If the data is displayed, this means the api is working fine. Now connect with your CRM provider to
integrate it into their CRM basis your requirement.

Output parameters received after hitting the integration link are mention below:
Troubleshooting

In case you are getting an error as shown below:


1)

Possible Causes

• Check if the integration link is being called multiple time within 15 mins. Please note that this
link will provide data only once in every 15 minutes. So, try again after 15 mins.

2)

Possible Causes

• Please cross-check the CRM key. This should exactly be the same as mentioned in step 2

3)

Possible Causes

• Please cross-check the CRM key as CRM key you are using has expired. CRM key expires when
a new key is generated from seller portal.
4)

Possible Causes

• There are no leads in the given time duration


• Check if the integration link is being called multiple time within 15 mins. Please note that this
link will provide data only once in every 15 minutes
• Please cross-check the CRM key. This should exactly be the same as mentioned in step 2

5)

Possible Causes

• Time range (difference between start & end time) is huge. Kindly reduce it to 15 days.
