Service tax shall be reimbursed on submission of all documents including submission of certified
copy of challans at rate of 4.125% or as per prevailing laws of executed amount.

Labour welfare cess will be deducted from bill at rate of Rs. 30 per Smt of new constructed area
from bill or as per latest prevailing law.

The Material shall be got tested from Govt. recognized Laboratory i.e. (R & B) or field laboratory
of GERI (R&B) or any Government approved laboratory for which 1% of the estimated amount
to tender shall be recovered from the contractor from the R.A. Bill and Final Bills. Contactor
should pay testing charges in advance as instructed by Engineer in charge and same shall be
adjusted in the recovery amount on production of proof of original bill paid to concern
laboratory.

However if the charged increase over 1% of estimated amount no excess recovery shall be
made from the contractor and such amount paid by company directly to testing laboratory.

 Security Deposit shall be released after successful completion of one year from
actual date of completion or finalization of final bill whichever is later.
 For special items like waterproofing anti-termite ,separate amount shall be
deposited as mentioned in the item.
