Barela House No. 1014 Sector 7/C, Faridabad Haryana, Dear sir, Sub : Engat 3s Part Time Medical Advisor on Re ip Basis at SBU~IP, With reference to your application and subsequent interview dated 29th June 2018, we are pleased to engage you as Part Time Medical Advisor on Retainership basis for our employees and workers deputed at SBU ~1P, Asaoti for a period of one (1) year w.e.f 02nd July, 2018 on the following terms & conditions:- 1 3. 8 You shall be available for Medical Advice/ Consultancy, referrals, treatment etc. to all the employees and workers of the plant from 3:00 pm to 4:30 pm and two days ie. on Tuesday and Friday in a week During the period of your retainership with us, you shall be deemed to be the Medical Advisor (MA) to the company and shall exercise such authorities as are applicable to the MA including vetting of reference to Medical Specialists. You shall, however, have no other administrative or financial authorities. You will be paid a consolidated Retainership fee of Rs. 13,200/- (Rupees Thirteen Thousand Two Hundred Only} per month, You will be entitled for 6 days leave during the period of your retalnership. Your Retainership effective the date of you assume charge may be terminated by elther the company cor yourself by giving one month’s notice in writing and without assigning any reason whatsoever. However, the company reserves the right to offer you one month's retainership fees in lieu of notice. ‘The company shall also have the right to terminate you from the services without any compensation in case found you guilty or breach of this agreement, insobriety, addiction to drugs, dishonesty, neglect of duty and conduct considered detrimental to the interest of the Company. ‘The above will not under any circumstances be deemed to create the relationship of an Employee and Employer between yourself and us. This contract will expire on the close of working hours on 30" June 2018.
