    PRO AND CON OF ONLINE LEARNING FOR STUDENTS

    Technological advances now allow students to study online while still socializing with
    classmates, watching lectures and discussing in subject-specific discussions. While some
    people are considering online learning, asking for greater help, institutions that receive
    educational assistance with teachers, and are very careful to ensure that they receive the
    same assistance they will receive on campus.
    Learning activities carried out individually make students able to adjust to their own abilities.
    Students can repeat the material several times as needed. This is one that cannot be obtained
    from face-to-face learning systems in the classroom. Because learning online, teachers are
    forced to be creative in delivering material (in the form of videos), as well as sort out which
    ones really need to be explained, and which ones can be learned by students themselves.
    Each student usually has their own time when their concentration and focus are at the most
    optimal conditions. Flexible learning time can be used by students to carry out the learning
    process at the right times so that understanding of the material can occur more quickly and
    easily. Online learning can be done from anywhere such as at home, in the office or
    elsewhere. This learning model will greatly save transportation costs, energy and time that is
    usually required for trips to the place of study.
    Online learning has many obstacles. like the media used, and others. Quota or credit load
    from students as well as students who use laptop and gadget communication tools. This is
    because their budget for buying pulses or quota is very limited. In fact, the burden of
    assignments given by lecturers or teachers, has increasingly become heavy. Sometimes there
    are just obstacles or problems that come without us expecting it, so that makes the lesson
    backward. Like for example lack of communication and information scheduling subjects. This
    is certainly detrimental to our time, which should have done other activities. With cellphone
    and laptop media, batteries have their respective capability limits. Indeed, it can be overcome
    by charging. But when it's hot, we feel worried and actually disturbed when holding it. And
    also the constraints of unstable networks.

    With online learning, each has advantages and disadvantages. There are those who feel that
    online learning is very effective, but there are those who feel the opposite. In every case,
    strengths and weaknesses must be there, for that we must know how to react. Online learning
    can be done as a distraction from direct learning or face to face. No need to be too often,
    because it will reduce the effectiveness of student learning. In online learning, students and
    teachers are required to work together and be wise in using media as a distance
    communication tool. For that, we must strive so that online learning can be done well.
