    Engr. Blondie T. Sanchez; CITTE Dean Dr. Ramil B. Arante; CTHM Dean Prof. Maria Jovita C. Serrano;
    our beloved Faculty and Staff; our inspirations the newly REEs; dear parents; invited guests and visitors,
    GOOD EVENING!

    On behalf of the BS Electrical Engineering Students, I would like to congratulate the newly registered
    electrical engineers batch 2018 for passing the board examination for electrical engineering. You made
    it! To our beloved university president, chancellor, professors and to all my fellow colleagues who are
    present today, give yourself a pat on your shoulders for a job well done.

    It's my privilege and honor to be here to witness and celebrate another milestone of our success. I am
    grateful to have this opportunity to be here in front and share some meaningful thoughts and words. I also
    thank you in advance for lending me your ears as I deliver this "acceptance of challenge speech”

    According to Tony Robbins, "it is in your moment of decision that your destiny shape". i believe that this
    statement is very powerful and worth mentioning today. How we experience life is not based on the
    events that occur but based on the meaning we attach to the events that will make all difference.

    Everything around us is changing yet we mankind has its own personal legends that needed to be find.
    We are able to ask and knock but we need to strive and polish. Life is not an easy ride. The aim of life lies
    in pushing your limitations and everyone wants success, but it only follows those who make a true
    approach to get it.

    Not so the winners who take ownership of their situation and configure a strategy on how to do better and
    decide to change things. Remember, change happens in the moment of decisions. Further, we still have in
    control in our lives that we somehow, can choose how to deal with those circumstances and can plan to
    manage those situations. Always strive to be better than yesterday. Greatness takes time, effort and
    sacrifice. I say "yes" to a bigger life. Experience the fear of making decisions for everyone goes through
    the phase of fear. Whether it's a fear of embarrassment, fear of looking stupid or fear of failure that will
    enable us to learn to take action in spite of fear.

    As representative of the BSEE graduating class of 2019. I am eager to take the plunge and accept the
    challenge to stand and honor our beloved school: Caraga State University Cabadbaran Campus and our
    parents who sacrificed more than enough for our dreams. We have heard different versions of their stories
    on how they hurdled the success of becoming REEs. True, it is not easy, and it will never be. But I hold
    this promising verse in Jeremiah 29:11, “For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans to
    prosper you and not to harm you. Plans to give you hope and a future.” Let’s claim it guys! God’s plan
    and timing are perfect! Let’s all burn that midnight oil and open our hands for abundant blessings. The
    best is yet to come! Once again thank you and mabuhay!
