Time of guarantee is one year after ship delivery, subject to correct installation and to

 (一) General
The Electric engine room crane is a electric lifting device. The above
overhead conveying system is suitable for use in loading and unloading goods.

1(one) set complete electric trolley including:

The carriage moves along the traveling beam.

3.Chain hoist

The chain hoist is made by GIS or professional manufacturer. The

hoist capacity is 1.0t and the hoist height is 12m.

4. Rack

The rack can be made sectional according to actual working length. It is

welded on the traveling beam. The total length of traveling beam is decided

by owner. Two bump blocks of limit switches are located on the ends of

beam.

(三) Installation

1. In order to adjust rack clearance. It is permissible to putting washers

in between rack and the traveling beam. Then the rack is welded on the

traveling beam according to drawings requirement. The welding line

height is 4mm

2. The crane with wheels is installed on two traveling beams after

adjusting the gap between the wheels rim and beams edge (2-3mm).

(四) Maintenance

1. Free-load running

After assembling the free-load running begins to check the action of

hoist and travelling

2. Static load test (5min)

Hoist load: 1.25SWL×2= 1250kg×2

Hoist height: 2.5m from ground.

3. Rated load test

 Hoisting lowering and traveling several times. Check connecting

strength of all parts of the crane.

4. The over loads running is forbidden. When crane is stopped for long

time the load must lowered on the ground.

5. The moving parts incl. Bearing gear and the traveling beam surface

should be greased regularly and examined the bolts and nuts to make

sure that they are tightened.

Addition: There are a few cases no keeping safe operation rules

1. Lift any load exceeding the rated capacity of the travelling crane.

2. Get the load inclination dragged.

3. Put too down or pull up too high.

4. There is someone working or passing under a lifting load.

5. Two or more trolley lift the same load inclination at one time is

forbidden.

6. Use when the chain is kinking.

7. The down hook part of the two load chain is turned over.
