Applicant for Exemption from section 24 of the Act

I/we (Name of the Distributed Generator) for the purposes of grant of


License of Distributed Generator under NEPRA (Alternative &
Renewable Energy) Distributed Generation/Net Metering Regulations
2015 herby request the Authority for grant of exemption from the
requirement of being registered as a company under the Companies
Ordinance, 1984 (XLVII of 1984) under section 24 of the Act.

Fee Schedule

A Distributed Generator shall be bound to pay the onetime fee


through pay order in favour of National Eclectic Power Regulatory
(NEPRA) as per following fee schedule;

Generation License Template

Regulation 4 of the NEPRA (Alternative & Renewable) Distribute Generation
