The document describes error reporting and codes for DT series ATMs. When an error occurs, the ATM system classifies and tries to resolve it automatically, masking faulty modules if needed. Severe errors pause services until fixed. Error codes identify issues for technicians, with the first 3 digits indicating the module or software and last 2 specifying the problem. Codes range from 1-2099 across different modules like card readers, printers, keypads and more.

DT Series ATM Error Code Description Manual
1. Description of Error Reporting
When the DT series ATMs develop a problem or fault, the system will classify to record these errors according to their different types, and try to recover itself. If these errors cannot be removed automatically, the system will mask corresponding modules causing these errors, and give an alarm to the ATM management server ( if it supports this function ). And if the error belongs to severe error type, the current service will pause until all problems are solved by service personnel. Commonly, DT series ATMs report and display error codes by the diagnostic unit or user monitor. The error code is the starting point for the service personnel establishing the cause of a problem, and the service personnel can inquire the code definition through the diagnostic unit or user monitor.
2. Definition of Error Code
The error code is a 5-digit code, the first three digits represent hardware module failure or software error, the last two digits represent the exact cause of a problem (its value range from 0~99), illustrate as follows:
