DLP Micromarket Sources of Opportunities

This lesson plan is for a Grade 12 Entrepreneurship class. The objectives are for students to determine major opportunities and threats in industries and explain how participants make or lose money. Students will identify factors to consider when choosing business opportunities, determine target markets, and reasons customers buy products. They will discuss micromarkets and sources of opportunities. Students will then choose a market segment and identify possible business opportunities to present creatively. An assessment and homework assignment are included.
