    BUTLER SERVICE

    {WITH LUGGAGE UNPACKING}


    BUTLER: Greet the guest according to the time of the day.
    : Good morning Ma’am /sir ! Welcome to MDM Hotel, I’m
    _____________ Your butler for today, May I carry your Luggage Ma’am/Sir ?
    GUEST : Thank you my pleasure …….
    BUTLER : This way to reception area for your registration.
    {after the guest registered}…… Are you done ma’am/sir ? May I know your room
    type ?
    Can I have your key card please ?
    Alright ma’am/sir this way to suit room/standard room ….. You will stay at the
    3th floor , this way to elevator…. By the way ma’am/sir …. The Hotel also provide
    travelers and guest with a well equipped fitness center, and outdoor pool
    amidst, swimming starts at 7 o’clock in the morning until 10 o’clock in the
    evening …..
    BUTLER: { Carry the luggage and proceed to the room} ….. { Knock 3x} Open the
    door slowly, Stay at the side of the door…..
    : Welcome to your ____________room ma’am/sir . Please come in and have a
    sit. Where would you like to put your luggage ma’am /sir ?
    GUEST : Just place it on the top of my bed.
    BUTLER: If you don’t mind ma’am/sir , Would you like me to introduced some
    some features of this room ?
    GUEST : Much better
    BUTLER : By the way ma’am /sir your room is equipped with an individual
    controlled air conditioned, a free wifi internet access , a multi- Channel flat screen
    cable tv , A refrigerator fully loaded with soda, beers and juices…. You can
    consume it but it will be charge to you account…. In front you is complementary
    mineral water, coffee with cream and biscuit , On the side of the table is
    telephone with phone directory, You can make local calls , But if you make long
    distance call it will be charge to your account. Inside the CR you have your
    showered installed with hot and cold water adjustment ,Bathtub, and complete
    bathroom amenities, ….. You have 3 towels, one for your face ,body and hands
    And you have also Shampoo and , conditioners ,toothbrush and toothpaste. Then
    outside is your cabinet with hangers.
    : Is there anything that you would like to ask ma’am ?

    GUEST : No more
    BUTLER : Would you like me to unpacked your luggage ma’am ?
    GUEST : Yes please …..
    BUTLER : { Sizes unpacking the luggage } …Inside the luggage has 10 items, 5 skirt
    and 5 blouses….{ do the hanging of clothes according to kind and color…}…. I’m
    done ma’am/sir, Is there anything else you would like me to do? {OPTIONAL}
    GUEST : Can you polish my shoes ?
    GUEST : Ok ma’am/ sir I’ll be back soon. ………. After 5 minutes
    BUTLER SERVICE : { KNOCK 3 TIMES} …… Butler service {guest open the door}
    BUTLER : I would like to deliver your polish shoe ma’am/sir Where do you want
    me to put this ?
    GUEST : Beside the cabinet
    BUTLER : Is there anything else you want me to do here ?
    GUEST : No more
    BUTLER : Okay ma’am/sir If you need something, Please don’t hesitate to call
    housekeeping department just dial 143, Have a nice day and enjoy your stay…
    PACKING THE LUGGAGE
    BUTLER : {knock3x} Butler service
    GUEST : Open the door and ask YES ?
    BUTLER : Good morning ma’am …. I’m _____________ Your Butler for today, Is
    there anything I can help you ?
    GUEST : Please pack my things for I have to leave as early as the first flight
    today.
    BUTLER : Yes Ma’am/sir { Butler pack the luggage – all Buttons close, Folding
    neatly colored items at the bottom of the bag, lighter color at the top of the bag
    } I’m done packing your luggage ma’am and you have 10 items in your bag….
    Will you be leaving ma’am ?
    GUEST : Yes I’m ready to leave
    BUTLER : Can you wait for a while…. I will just check if you have left something…
    Ok ma’am/sir I’m done checking and nothing is left behind….. I’ll help you to
    carry your luggage outside. .. This way to front desk ma’am/sir. { OPTIONAL }
    GUEST : Would you please pay my bill to the front desk ?
    BUTLER : Alright ma’am/sir. I receive __________ pesos Kindly wait for your
    receipt . … Can I have the room key ma’am ? Here is your change and your receipt
    ma’am/sir …. Are you ready to leave ma’am ?Shall we go ma’am ?
    GUEST IS OUTSIDE THE HOTEL
    BUTLER : Would you like me to call a taxi ma’am/sir ?
    GUEST : Yes please….
    BUTLER : { with a taxi } Where would you like me to put your luggage ma’am/sir
    ?
    GUEST : At back compartment of the taxi
    BUTLER : Alright ma’am your luggage is already at the back compartment of the
    taxi … Thank
    you for staying at MDM HOTEL ….. Happy trip and have a nice day……

    HOUSEKEEPER : Housekeeping department, Good morning, I’m _______ How
    may I help you ?
    GUEST : I would like to request additional pillow and 1 blanket, then 1 liter of
    mineral water
    HOUSEKEEPER : Okay ma’am Can I have your name and your room number
    please
    GUEST : I’m ms./mr _______________ from room 105
    HOUSEKEEPER : { repeat the order } Alright , Ms./mr. from room 105 You have
    requested for I pillow and 1 blanket, and a mineral water , Did I hear you correctly
    ma’am/sir ? A mineral water cost 120 ma’am/sir…. Would you like to pay this in
    cash or Charge it to your account ?
    GUEST : Charge it to my account
    HOUSEKEEPER : Do you have some additional request ma’am/sir ?

    GUEST : Please add up one toothpaste
    HOUSEKEEPING : Okay ma’am , Again your request is 1 pillow, 1 blanket ,a

    HOUSEKEEPER : Good morning ma’am/sir I’m ______________ I’m here to
    deliver your request and your request are 1 pillow,1 blanket, mineral water and
    toothpaste …. Where would you like me to put this ma’am /sir ?
    GUEST : on the top of my table
    HOUSEKEEPER : Is there anything else you want me to do ma’am ?
    GUEST : No more
    HOUSEKEEPER : Can you please sign ma’am/sir for the charge of your mineral
    water ,pillow and blanket and acknowledgement that you received your request..
