Working Bag Policy

TITLE: POLICY FOR ISSUING WORKING BAG FOR PSRs, SBOs, ASMs, ABMs, AOMs,
RSMs AND RBMs.

Objective:

To have a Policy for issuing Working Bag for PSRs, SBDs, ASMs, ADMs, ABMs,
RSMs and RBMs.

Scope:

Policy covers all field employees as mentioned above.

Eligibility:

• All new field employees as mentioned above or after completion of 1 year


of receipt of Working Bag.

Usage of Bag:

• Working bag should be used for a Minimum period of one year.

Process to be followed for working bag replacement:

• Request for Working Bag has to be raised by respective TPSR, TSBO, PSO,
PSR, SBO, FSE,ASM, ADM, ABM, RSM & RBM through Portal and approved
by his Line managers.
Process to be followed in case of Separation:

• In case the user has resigned within a year of taking new Bag, 100% cost of
the Bag will be recovered from Full & Final settlement. No need to submit
the Bag at the time of Separation.

Monitoring of Policy:

• Policy in operation to be reviewed if necessary and suitable amendments to


be made.

Power to Amend:

• Company reserves the right to amend/withdraw the policy at any time


without assigning any reason whatsoever. Utility and interpretation of the
policy will be at the sole discretion of the Management.
