Professional overview
I am competent and creative engineering professional, self-motivated problem solver, decision maker and leader. I
know how to successfully merge high technical expectations, tight deadlines, tiny budget and make engineering
profitable. I honed my skills i.e. during work on multi million $ NPI and Advance Technology programs,
developing race-winning machines for top-level motorsport applications, and setting-up and growing new
operations.
Since 1998 I am providing broad range of engineering services to customers from different fields of industry:
aerospace, automotive, energy, petrochemical, bio-engineering, civil and others. During this time I was involved in
all stages of designs' life cycle - conceptual, design, development, testing, manufacturing, installation, service and
maintenance.
I am interested in following technical path and shaping technology of the future.
Career highlights
2011, 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015 and 2016 24hrs Le Mans and 2012, 2013 and 2015 World Endurance
Championships were won with the support of the machines developed under my leadership. 100% reliability
- no failure during the race.
1-2 for Peugeot Sport in a race debut of our small, high temperature, diesel VNT turbocharger (Zhuhai 2011)
HTT’s Motorsport Team I was in charge of, increased its revenues by more than 600% and profitability by
over 50% in the span of 3 years.
I was leading developments of compound systems for various applications (i.e. commercial trucks, high
performance sport cars, general aviation). Some of them are going into serial production.
In charge of development of Fuel Cell Air Supply system for world-first high altitude fuel cell power unit.
Team I was leading designed support structure and exhaust system for the 1st commercial application of the
IGCC (Integrated Gasification Combined Cycle) technology in the history of GE Energy.
I was leading the team involved in developing concept of the Integrated Propulsion System, later applied into
CFM Internatioanl Leap turbofan engine.
I was responsible for design and analysis activities related with development of structural components of GE
Honda HF 118 and HF 120 turbofan engines.
I was involved in design of the GEnx engine. I was i.e. in charge of the official LCF reports substantiating
First Engine To Test (FETT) hardware release.
I am an author of the official GE's Energy design procedures. I am one of the very few Polish engineers who
achieved that level.
Awarded by Czeslaw M. Rotkiewicz Scholarship Foundation (Edmonton, Canada) for distinguished scientific
achievements (2001).

Work Experience
Technical Director
Program Manager
5/1999 - 4/2003 Warsaw University of Technology. Faculty of Power and Aeronautical Engineering, Warsaw,
Mazowieckie
Research in the field of biomechanics and bioengineering. My work was focused on application of porous
material's model to bone-cement and bone-implant interfaces modelling. Analytical methods as well as test stand to
perform tests of bone specimens were also developed.
My scientific activities were sponsored by Polish State Committee for Scientific Research and my PhD thesis was
recognized by Faculty Board.
I was conducting labs and classes with students (Solid Body Mechanics, Computational Method in Solid Body
Mechanics).
FEM/stress engineer
12/1998 - 6/2002 Bureau of Engineering and Computers Analyses COMAN, Warsaw, Mazowieckie
FEM analyst. Co-operation with customers from different industries: automotive, petrochemical, civil, defence and
others. I was working i.e. for: Allusuisse Technology Centre (Switzerland), PKN Orlen Group (Poland) and Air
Force Institute of Technology (Poland).
Education
5/1999 - 1/2005 Warsaw University of Technology. Faculty of Power and Aeronautical Engineering, Warsaw,
Poland
PhD Thesis ("Modeling of the conditions of mechanical co-operation of the implant-bone interface") was awarded
by Faculty Board.
