Transpose in Excel

To transpose data in Excel, select the cells containing the data and click "Transpose" under the "Data" tab. This will switch the rows and columns of the selected data, with the original column headers becoming the new row headers and vice versa. The transposed data table displays the sales figures for each quarter as column headers with the corresponding sales amounts beneath.
