    INTRODUCTION:
    In light of Govt. Of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Right to Public Services Commission Steering
    Committee Regulation, 2018 notified vide No.SEC/RTPSC/Reg/02/2018 dated 20-06-2018, and in
    exercise of power conferred under section 4.3 of the mentioned regulation, The District Steering
    Committee is hereby constituted under comprising the following members with a view of timely
    delivery of notified services with immediate effect:-

    1. Deputy Commissioner Swat Chairperson


    2. Additional Deputy Commissioner Swat Vice Chairperson
    3. Assistant Commissioner Headquarter Swat Member
    4. District Monitoring Officer Swat Secretary-cum-Member
    5. District Police Officer Swat Co-opted Member
    6. District Health Officer Swat --do--
    7. District Forest Officer Swat --do--
    8. Regional Information Officer Swat --do--
    9. Chief Executive Officer WSSC Swat --do--
    10. All the Tehsil Municipal Officers Swat --do--
    11. Assistant Director LG & RDD Swat --do--
    12. District Education Officer (Male) Swat --do--
    13. District Education Officer (Female) Swat --do--
    14. Excise and Taxation Officer Swat --do--
    15. XEN PHED Swat --do--
    16. District Zakat Officer Swat --do--

    The main function of committee will be to monitor and asses the performance of services
    providers on monthly basis as envisaged in the RTS Act 2014 and pass on the information
    required by the District Steering Committee Swat. Copy of the notified services is attached.
