    SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

    KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

    I, __, Filipino, of legal age, widower and presently residing at ___, Barangay Pasong
    Tamo, Quezon City, do hereby NAME, CONSTITUTE and APPOINT ____, both of legal age,
    Filipinos, and residents of Quezon City, to be my true and lawful Attorneys-in-Fact, for me
    and in my name, place and stead, to do and perform the following acts and things, to wit:

    1. To process the cancellation of the following certificates of title and the


    corresponding tax declarations and in lieu thereof transfer the titles and corresponding tax
    declarations in favor of the heirs pursuant to the Extrajudicial Settlement of Estate of ___:
    a. Lot covered by TCT No. __;
    b. Lot covered by TCT No. __ and
    c. Improvement erected thereon.

    2. To secure documents from the City Assessor and City Treasurer of Quezon City,
    Land Registration Authority and Registry of Deeds, necessary for the transfer of the certificates
    of titles and tax declarations mentioned above;

    3. To pay taxes and fees to the Bureau of Internal Revenue, the City Treasurer of
    the aforesaid localities and Registry of Deeds effect the foregoing;

    4. To execute, sign and deliver any instrument, document, receipt or paper of


    whatever nature that may be required in the premises or is necessarily connected herewith;

    5. To do all acts and things necessary in order to carry out and accomplish the purpose
    of this Special Power of Attorney.

    HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto my said Attorneys-in-fact full power and
    authority to do and perform all and every act and deed whatsoever requisite or proper to be
    done in and about the premises, as fully to all intents and purposes, as I might or could do if
    personally present, and hereby ratifying and confirming all that my said Attorneys-in-Fact shall
    lawfully do or cause to be done under and by virtue of this presents.

    IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and affixed my signature on
