To access your student email on an Android device, you must first open the Email app and go to Settings and Manage Accounts. From there, click the plus button to add your EGCC student email account. Select IMAP account and enter your full student email address and password. You then need to configure the SMTP and IMAP settings using your full student email for the username before naming the account and finishing setup.

1. Open ‘Email’ 2. Click the Settings Button then ‘Manage Accounts’

3. Click the Plus to Add and Account 4. Enter your Full Student Email and password
5. Select ‘IMAP Account’ 6. Enter your Full Student Email address in both the
Email Address and User Name fields. Fill in the
other settings as show below then click ‘Next’

7. Fill in the SMTP settings as shown below. Again, 8. Choose your Settings
enter your Full Student Email in the User Name
field:
9. Name Your Account and click ‘Done’
