    1. What are the important time milestones for this project?

    A Negotiate, estimate cost, know departure and 1 -
    return date
    B Daily schedule 3 A
    C Arrange air transport 1 B
    D Arrange local transport 1 B
    E Accommodation for students 3 B
    F Finalise any loose ends 3 C, D, E
    G Develop and post online information packet 1 F
    for students
    *For F activity I considered 3 weeks because some of the visits were closed for repairs and
    that kept in mind and considered 3 weeks as margin in that program.

    Total Duration of project is 13 weeks (1+3+1+1+3+3+1)

    Starting Date of Project is Sep,2020

    Robert need to complete the entire above information by March 31 st, 2021.

    So the total weeks in hand for Robert is 24 weeks (from Sep 2020 to march 2021)

    But he need to complete in March 31, 2021 according to that he need to plan the starting

    In my point of view if he starts from Mid-December or January to complete the project within
    the time. Even he can finish before the deadline that will be our optimistic time and the most
    likely time will be the deadline i.e 31st march 2021, the pessimistic time and in worst case the
    project will complete on May 15th.
