CHAPTER 1

PURPOSE OF THE STUDY

The purpose of this study was to investigate the impact of overcrowded


classroom on the academic performance of senior high school students in North
Davao Colleges. Particularly, the study wanted to identify the effective classroom
management techniques for the overcrowded classroom. In order to identify the
techniques, we identify first the effects of overcrowded classroom on the academic
performance by conducting to randomly ask the senior high school students in North
Davao Colleges.

According to Ijaiya (1999) found a weak positive correlation between the


opinion of teachers and students. Findings showed that over crowdedness diminished
the quality and quality of teaching and learning with serious implications for
attainment of educational goals. It was felt that additional buildings and furniture
should give priority in educational planning at all levels.

Furthermore, the researcher investigated teacher's way of teaching and provides


a techniques for the improvement of the academic performance of senior high school
students in North Davao Colleges. The study made these problem to be known by the
teachers, so that the recommended effective teaching strategies suggested by the study
may help the teachers improve the academic performance of their students who are
experiencing this existing problem. The study aimed to identify effective classroom
management techniques specifically, the study seeks to find the answer in the
following question:

RESEARCH QUESTION:

The study addressed the following questions:

1. What are the classroom management techniques?

2. What are the factors affecting management in overcrowded classroom?

3. Is there any relationship between overcrowding of the classroom, students attitude


and behavior?
STATEMENT OF THE PROBLEM

The importance of good classroom management in the realization of the


objectives of education cannot be over emphasized. Teaching and learning is very
embracing involving a wide range of activities such as writing on chalkboard,
discussing with students, demonstrating a procedure, supervising student’s class work,
reading and marking assignments. Good classroom environment with good desks and
seats well-spaced out, well ventilated, good lighting, good ceiling and roof and
smooth floor enhances effective teaching and learning. When the classroom
environment provides students what they need, equilibrium occurs but when the
classroom environment does not, there is disequilibrium.
There was an alarming problem of over-crowded classroom classes in North
Davao Colleges due to high population as it is a city centre. One class carried 40-50
students, hence its difficulty has resulted to shortage of insfractures, books, and other
useful items needed for effective teaching and learning
The main thrust of this study is to identify the effective classroom
management techniques for Senior High School in North Davao Colleges, Panabo
City in the view of the implication of the overwhelming teacher-student’s ratio.

THEORETICAL LENSE
This study is anchored on the Theory of William Glasser on classroom
management (2002), which stated that classroom management is an effective
blueprint learning environment, in social and physical aspects. The said theory is calls
for teachers to instruct students how to make good choices and take responsibility for
their behavior. Rose and Gallup (2005) have reflected that the commonest request for
support from teachers is associated with classroom management and behavior. These
theories indicates that teachers must set effective educational objectives and decides a
set of moral and behavioral norms for them. Effective strategies on part of the
teachers invite students’ attention as well as their involvement even in the
overcrowded classroom because teaching and learning co-respond with each other. As
applied to the study, these theories holds that expects the effective classroom
management techniques to influence the overcrowded classroom in which a teacher
control student behavior and interactions, with it teaching is most effective.

SIGNIFICANCE OF THE STUDY

This study may be significant for the Senior High school students and may be
helpful for teachers of Senior High schools in respect with classroom management, in
the large size classroom. The study also provide guide line for overcrowded
classroom to manage, because teachers face many problems in large classroom and
present study may help them to manage such classrooms with effective techniques.
The Finding of this study will help the students to know the impact of overcrowded
classroom on student's academic process and therefore student-teacher interactions
should implemented for a higher academic performance.

 Teacher- the result of this study will provide them information in knowing the
value of a good classroom management wherein they will develop their skills
and strategy in managing the students;
 Students- it will help them to understand and cooperate with the teachers in
planning an effective management schemes on overcrowded classroom;

DEFINITION OF TERMS

1. Classroom Assessment

Is a systematic approach to formative evaluation, used by instructors to determine


how much and how well students are learning. CATs and other informal assessment
tools provide key information during the semester regarding teaching and learning so
that changes can be made as necessary.

2. Classrooms Techniques Management

This Refers to the wide variety of skills and techniques that teachers use to keep
students organized, orderly, focused, attentive, on task, and academically productive
during a class.
3. Overcrowded Classrooms

A classroom is said to be overcrowded in which the number of students exceeds the


optimum level such that it causes hindrance in the teaching learning process.
Researchers argue that there is no exact definition of a large class.

4. Standards In education

the term standards-based refers to systems of instruction, assessment, grading, and


academic reporting that are based on students demonstrating understanding or mastery
of the knowledge and skills they are expected to learn as they progress through their
education.

SCOPE AND LIMITATION

This study is primarily focused of the impact of effective classroom


techniques in the overcrowded classrooms on academic performance of Senior High
school Students in North Davao Colleges so that the students that is belong to an
overcrowded classroom can focus on their academic performance more effectively.

The researchers aim to inform and give some efficient tips and techniques that
may benefits of both party- teachers and students. Also, this study yearn to identify on
how can the researchers will give a constructive solution that the teachers and
students currently facing and the problem that may come near future.

This study will be conducted on North Davao Colleges in Panabo City with
limited amount on financial resources and time framework.

ORGANIZAT-ION OF THE STUDY

The purpose of this study was to identify effective classroom techniques for
Senior High School.. Three research questions were answered using mean at level of
significance. The study adopted the survey research design. A sample of 10 was
administered questionnaire the instrument for data collection. Results obtained
revealed the effective classroom management techniques on the overcrowded
classroom included among others constant engagement of students in activities, use of
innovative instructional strategies by teachers, teachers acting as models, monitoring,
effective communication, stimulating classroom environment and regular use of
questions during instruction. Findings further showed that teachers’ classroom
management effectiveness in an overcrowded classroom is a powerful motivator of
student’s learning.. Based on the findings, the study recommends that school
principals should constantly organize seminars and workshops for teachers to get
them acquainted with the effective classroom management technique
CHAPTER 2

REVIEW RELATED LITERATURE

This chapter presents a review of related literature and studies which


are found useful in the development of this study.

The Review of Related Literature is the use of ideas in the literature to justify
the particular approach to the topic, the selection of methods, and demonstration that
this research contributes something new. (Hart, 1998)

BACKGROUND

OVERCROWDED CLASSROOM:

Shah and Inamullah (2012) found from their studies that over-crowded
classes could have a direct impact on students’ learning. They not only affected
students’ performance but the teachers had to face different problems such as
discipline, behavioral problems, poor health and poor performance of students, put
stress on teachers and increased in drop-out rate of students.

Overcrowded classroom has so many impact both to the students and teachers. This
is one of the reasons why students has conflict on learning due to the environment.
Students also do not excel because they are overpowered by others and they think that
their opinion doesn’t matter anymore since their other classmates are smarter than
him/her which leads to social anxiety. They cannot build up their self-confident, even
though they have the skills they tend to get shy because of the overpowering inside
the classroom. Teachers also suffers because of overcrowded classroom can be a
stressful and burden. Overcrowded classroom means a large number of students in
one room which leads to jumbled and cluttered classroom. This might leads to stress
to the teachers since this kind of problem needs to have disciplinary action and when
it comes to discipline a student it is hard because they have different characters that
you as a teacher will deal and that is why it is stressful for them having such huge
amount of student to handle.

Carlson (2000) reported that quality learning was not possible when large number of
students were packed into small classrooms. He visited different schools but it was
evident as a serious problem particularly in unidad Divina School located in Florida,
Santiago and in Taltas’ Escuela Hogar. He further reported that 40 plus children were
stuffed into classrooms designed for no more than 35 kids. They were seated so
closely together that they were not able to work or move.

Now, having a lot of students in a single room may affect their learning abilities
because of the noise pollution and the heat caused by the tightness and compressed
seats which leads to distraction. Students cannot focus on their jobs and activities due
to this reason that is why we need to decipher this problem as soon as possible not just
for the students also for the teacher because they also suffer what students felt.

EFFECTIVE CLASSROOM MANAGEMENT:

Darling, Chung, and Freflow (2002). Darling et. al. (2002) study
concludes that teacher effectiveness was significantly related to student performance,
more so than factors such as class size.

Teachers’ effectiveness to get their students attention to participate the class


discussion is one of the techniques to manage an overcrowded classroom. If the
teacher has the skills to get his/her students attention this might lead to a positive
effect which students can learn more effectively that before even though the
environment isn’t good for them to learn efficaciously if the teacher is live and
energetic or has a different methods to get the attention of its students, the factors is
being brush

Williams (2008), classroom management involves how the teacher works,


how the class works, how the teacher and students work together and how teaching
and learning takes place.

This study shows how the teacher and students work together. And shows
what the strategies of teacher to get attention for their students. Dent learning but an
understanding of context, in particular how your students learn, how they process
information, what motivates them to learn more.
According to Umoren (2010), the concept of classroom management is
broader than the notion of student control and discipline, it includes all the things
teachers must do in the classroom to foster students’ academic involvement and
cooperation in classroom activities to create conducive learning environment.

This study shows that effective teachers look for every available opportunity
to increase student learning. The classroom environment is a teaching resource that
should not be ignored, Learning goals and feedback, opportunities to build social
skills, and strategies to help students succeed.

RATIONALE

Overcrowded classroom is one of the main problem of the Senior High School
students and teachers here in North Davao Colleges. The Senior High School students
is experiencing this kind of problem due to the increased population and lack of
classrooms. This overcrowding can have negative effects on students and teachers in
teaching and learning process.

One of the biggest issues facing schools and teachers today is


overcrowding. A combination of an increasing population and a decrease in funding
has caused class sizes to soar. In an ideal world, class sizes would be capped at 15 to
20 students. Unfortunately, many classrooms now regularly exceed 30 students, and it
is not uncommon for there to be more than 40 students in a single class. Classroom
overcrowding has sadly become the new normal. The issue is unlikely to go away
anytime soon, so schools and teachers must create workable solutions to make the
best out of a bad situation. (Derrick Meador, 2019)

In addition, overcrowded classroom has a negative effect especially on


the Senior High School’s academic performance in North Davao Colleges. Because of
this existing problem it is hard for the teacher and the students to communicate with
each other it’s either because the student can’t focus to the discussion or the teacher
can’t get the student’s attention.

According to Derrick Meador, 2019, Teachers in an overcrowded


classroom must be exceptionally organized. They have to be well prepared every day.
They must develop a fluid system through trial and error to maximize the time they
have with their students. Therefore, by the teacher’s effective way of teaching, it may
possibly help to solve this existing problem.

CHAPTER 3

METHODOLOGY

INTRODUCTION

The primary purpose of this study was to determine the perceptions of


teachers regarding selected principles of teaching and learning, identify the teaching
methods, tools and techniques used and determine their perceived effectiveness.
Based on the literature review and the results of the study, a model was developed for
guiding the use of selected teaching-learning strategies in Senior High School, North
Davao Colleges. This chapter presents the research design, population and sampling,
instrumentation, data collection, data analysis procedures utilized, limitations and
assumptions for the study.

RESEARCH DESIGN

Anene (1998) defines research design as a method the researcher wants to use
in executing his or her research. That is, the road map of research investigation,
procedure the investigator wants to use to solve the identified problem. Research
design is defined as a framework of methods and techniques chosen by a researcher to
combine various components of research in a reasonably logical manner so that the
research problem is efficiently handled (Adi Bhat 2019).

The study utilized questionnaire to acquire information from students and


teachers of Senior High School in North Davao Colleges.

The study utilized a descriptive survey design focused on the perceptions of


teachers about selected teaching strategies, and their effectiveness. To answer the
objectiveness posited in this study, relevant data were gathered using a well designed
questionnaire which was interviewed to a randomly selected sample of Senior High
School teachers and students in North Davao Colleges. The teachers were teaching
Senior High School at the eleventh and twelfth grade levels in Senior High School,
North Davao Colleges.

Qualitative Research

Heath, A. W. (2015) describe qualitative approach the purpose of "qualitative"


or "naturalistic" research varies according to the research paradigm, methods, and
assumptions. (Morse, 1991) generally speaking, qualitative researchers attempt to
describe and interpret some human phenomenon, often in the words of selected
individuals (the informants). These researchers try to be clear about their biases,
presuppositions, and interpretations so that others (the stakeholders) can decide what
they think about it all. Unlike conventional, positivist research, there is no single
accepted outline for a qualitative research proposal or report. Valerie J. Janesick
(2013) says, doing qualitative research is easy, and anyone can do it. Many students
actually tell me that they are sent into my class because they were told it is easier than
doing statistics. They then discover how qualitative research projects are time
intensive and labor intensive. They discover they must be an above average writer.

CONCEPTUAL PHASE

In the conceptual phases, the researches formulated mind-map or created the


research questions as well as the objectives of the study. In overcrowded classroom
always there is poor interaction, poor class control, poor participation, difficulties in
Class assessment and resource competition. The teacher-students interactions in
teaching and learning process are conceptualized as follows:

NARRATIVE PHASE

The narrative phases presents the study’s planning. This includes a discussion
of the research population, sample, sampling size, sampling process and procedures
and the setting. This also outlines the data collection tool.
Research Population

Anene (1998) defines population or universe as a group which the researcher


is interested in gaining information upon which generalization and conclusions can be
drawn subsequently. It provides a solid foundation and first step upon which to build
population validity of the study (Mugenda and Mugenda, 2008). According to
Orodho (2009), any scientific research targets a given population through which
questionnaires and interviews are distributed in order to get the required data for
analysis

The population for this study consisted of Senior High School Teachers and
Students in the North Davao Colleges. A total of 5 teachers and 5 students of Senior
Hugh School made up the population.

Sampling Process

The theoretical sampling procedure dictates that the researcher chooses


participants who have experienced or are experiencing the phenomenon under study.
By doing so the researcher has chosen ‘experts’ in the phenomenon and thus able to
provide the best data (Corbin & Strauss, 1998; Glaser & Strauss, 1967). However, the
process of selecting participants is also an evolving process based on the arising
patterns, categories and dimensions emerging from the data. Researchers seek out
participants that might be able to provide deeper understanding of the emerging
patterns, categories and dimensions. Thus, if the participants are predetermined the
researcher might find that an increase in samples size is required in order to follow
emerging themes.

The rational for choosing this approach was the researchers were targeting the
most knowledgeable participants in the quality of the data gathered in each interview
can be increased. In this study only teachers and students who are eligible were
purposively chosen to participate on this study.

Sampling Procedures

Sampling of the participants was done as follows:

 A specific person that we believe will give us the most information-


sometimes used to develop the interview questions.
 We asked the participants to provide us with names of those that will
be able to provide us with important information.
 We discuss our plans with participants and get agreed before we go
further.

Context (setting)

According to Oluremi Adenike Abiolu (2019), the context of a research gives


the audience the picture of "where", "who", "what" and possibly "when" of the
research. It then becomes easy for the reader to have a better understanding of the
background of the research. This in essence provides more illumination into the
research questions and others. The participants in this study were Senior High School
teachers and students.

The setting was at North Davao Colleges in Panabo City, Davao del Norte in
Philippines. The response of teachers who provide effective classroom management
techniques for overcrowded classrooms of students cannot be studied outside their
context and are therefore dependent on context at the time

DATA COLLECTION

The researcher administered the data collection tool personally and the
respondents cooperated in this regard. Interview was conceded to the teachers and
students in the overcrowded classroom. For this purpose, five students and teachers
teaching at Senior High School level were taken into consideration for class room
interview. All teachers and students answered for the period of minutes.

The following questions relevant to the objectives of the study were asked:

 Teachers
1. How do you manage overcrowded classroom?
2. How does the problem of overcrowding hinder teaching and learning?

 Students
1. As a student does overcrowded classroom are one of your stress?
2. How does overcrowding lead to?
3. How do you deal with overcrowded classrooms?

During the interview, appropriately, we make sure that we get permission


from our participants to record the interview.

The following in this section secured the researchers to have a successful


interview:
 Discuss the timing of the interview with the person we’re interviewing making
sure we’re both clear how the interview will going to take and that we have
somewhere suitable to carry out the interview.
 Ask the permissions of the participants to use mobile sound recorded and
making them comfortable.

DATA ANALYSIS

The data analysis used in this study was Moustakas’ (1994) transcendental

Phenomenological reductionism, which is a process of finding patterns and themes


from the statements in the interviews, the classroom observations, and the school
documents. Transcendental means “in which everything is perceived freshly, as if for
the first time” (Moustakas, 1994, p. 34). The steps of data analysis include grouping
all experiences relevant to the phenomenon, clustering the experiences, bracketing out
any themes unnecessary, labeling the horizon common themes, using the
transcriptions to construct textural and structural descriptions of the essence of the
experiences of all participants, and finally develop a “composite description of the
meanings and essences of the experience, representing the group as a whole”
(Moustakas, 1990, p. 121). Horizontalization is a technique accomplished through
“treating all initial statements as having equal value and then later deleting
overlapping or repeating statements leaving just the horizons” in IBI, (Moustakas,
1994, pp. 95-97). Moustakas’ (1994) horizontalization, was used to highlight
significant statements, sentences, and quotes from the interview questions, which
describe the nature and meaning of the experiences with the IBI phenomenon. Next,
clusters of meaning (Creswell, 2007) from the significant highlighted statements was
identified and be divided into themes. Coding according to Creswell (2007), is
organizing or sorting data into codes, and was helpful in recognizing the themes.
These significant statements were then be written up in a textural description
describing what the participants experienced. Textural description, used by
Moustakas (1994), is a description of the statements and themes regarding the lived
experiences of the participants. These significant statements were also be used to
write about how the setting, called structural description, may have influenced the
participants in the shared experiences of IBI (Creswell, 2007, p. 61). In conclusion,
Creswell (2007) describes the final stage of analysis as writing “a composite
description that presents the ‘essence’ of the phenomenon” (p. 62) in one to two long
paragraphs that leave the reader with a deeper understanding of the experience.
Polkinghorne (1989), says, “The reader should come aware from the phenomenology
with the feeling, ‘I understand better what it is like for someone to experience that’”
(p. 46). The final composite description, “the common experiences of the
participants” (Creswell, 2007, p. 62), is written from the textural and structural
descriptions, describing what the participants had in common. In summary, the steps
of data analysis include grouping all experiences relevant to the phenomenon,
clustering the experiences, labeling the horizons with common theme, using the
transcriptions to construct textural and-structural descriptions of the essence of the
experiences of all participants, and finally develop a “composite description of the
meanings.

Trustworthiness and Credibility


Triangulation of data is important for proving trustworthiness or validity
(Creswell, 2007, p. 202) of data collected. According to Stake (2005), “It means
being redundant and skeptical in seeing, hearing, coding, analyzing, and writing” (p.
77). First, personal memory was be an important storage for writing the final report
and this is accomplished by keeping a good log, including names, telephone numbers,
addresses, and dates and times (Stake, 2005). Second, all major data records was
routinely duplicated and stored in more than one file. Third, all electronic files were
stored under a special password. Last, more than one form of data collection was
used in this study.

Credibility and dependability was established through member checking. After


researcher gathers the data and takes it back to the participants so they can reflect on
the accuracy of the documents such as the rough drafts and provide editing
suggestions in the language choice. This is considered “the most critical technique for
establishing credibility” (Creswell, 2013, p. 314). Member checking after the
interviews secured credibility (Stake, 2005) while having an expert/peer review of the
questions on the questionnaire confirmed credibility. Prolonged engagement,
triangulation of data, peer debriefing, and member checks ensured credibility.
Chapter 4
RESULTS

This chapter presents the important findings of the study in narrative form.
The merging themes were represented from the primary study questions and raised for
this purpose

To gather significance findings in our thesis the following respondents are


confidently and explicitly answered our research questions.

Respondent 1: Rudjun Cornelio, he is a grade 11 Humanities and Social


Sciences (HUMSS) student in North Davao Colleges.

Respondent 2: Marc Gulane, he is a student of North Davao Colleges, grade


11 Humanities and Social Sciences (HUMSS).

Respondent 3: Lara Dana Kaye Quimpo, she is a grade 12 student taking up


the strand of Humanities and Social Sciences (HUMSS) in North Davao Colleges.

FINDINGS AND INTERPRETATION

Research Question No.1: As a student does overcrowded classroom are one of


your stress?

For us to gather more information and to get their opinion about the
overcrowded classroom that they are now experiencing, we asked this question during
the interview, As a student does overcrowded classroom are one of your stress?

After we analyze the result of the interview, we come-up to the theme. The
theme is the basis in overcrowded classroom. The theme is

THEME:

As soon as our topic was approved, we are thinking, what are the effects of an
overcrowded classrooms to the students. The respondents tell their opinion and ideas
why the overcrowded classroom are one of their stress.

Rudjun is a grade 11 Humanities and Social Sciences student of North Davao


Colleges, who answered the research question through his own opinion.
“Opo, yes po, because para sa akoa, syempre presdinete ko sa HUMSS 11. So
I am task to be, to lead the room and kanang, para sa goodness sa room pud.
Syempre akoa ang ginatagaan ug kanang power ug authority sa among
adviser. Syempre para sa akoa if overcrowded classroom jud mag lead to
siya sa, lisod sye e handle ug para sa akoa maka stress jud siya.”

Rudjun answered that (“As the president of HUMSS 11, he is task to lead the
classroom for the goodness of their section. And leading an overcrowded classroom
is really difficult and that makes him more stressed.”)

On the other hand Marc, a grade 11 Humanities and Social Sciences


(HUMSS) student. Experiencing an overcrowded classroom, he said:

“Syempre kay ma stress jud ko. Kuan gud sa sobra ka daghan namo di me mag
kasinabtanay kung naa’y e discuss kay ang uban naa sa likod dili ka dungog,
niya usahay pud an guan kay kanang di maminaw kay tungod sa kasaba mag
kuan nalang pud sila mag saba nalang pud.”

Marc said that (“because of their number, some of his classmates might not
understand the discussion of their teachers especially the students at the back and
some of them will not listen because the students at the back are so noisy, so might
well they will make noise too.)

Other respondent of our study is Lara. She told her opinion and ideas about
how overcrowded classroom stressed her as a student. She said:

“As a student, overcrowded classroom is one of my stress because I may not


be able to study well since ventilation is limited since we have a lot of students
in our classroom specifically in our classroom were in we are 52 and for that
we are unable to focus a lot of more in our studying because ventilations does
not or isn’t sufficient for our needs.”

Research Question No. 2: How does overcrowding lead to?

Based on the answers of the respondents, the researchers came up with the
theme “Overcrowding May Lead to Students Hardship”

THEME: “Overcrowding May Lead to Students Hardship”


The respondents tell their opinions and ideas about the problems of
overcrowded classroom and how does it lead to.

Rudjun answered his opinion based on his observation on the overcrowded


classroom.

“Syempre overcrowding lead to communication breakdown or communication


barriers. Kay syempre daghan gud kaayu me. Sometiomes when I lead the room,
kanang naa ko’y e announce mag lisod ko’g announce kay syempre daghan kaaayu
sila niya ang uban di na mamainaw kay nag tabi-tabi nalang. So para sa akoa kay
maka lead jud siya sa communication breakdown gani kay naa’y uban di maka
dungog kay ang uban saba kaayu. Mao nay disadvantage kung daghan kaayu mo sa
isang ka classroom, individual sa ia ka room.”

Rudjun answered that (“overcrowding lead to communication breakdown or


communication barriers. Sometimes, when he leads the room like announcing
something, it’s hard because some of his classmates will not listen or just no care of
him because they are busy talking. Others will not hear his words because of the
noisiness. And that is the disadvantage of being into an overcrowded classroom.”)

On the other hand, Marc answered:

“kuan sama sakong giingon ganina, makakuan jud na siya sa mga


miscommunication niya dili jud ka makatuog maayo, dili ka maka focus kay
naa’y uabn nga naga pa bother sa imoha.”

Marc said that (“just like what he said earlier, overcrowded leads to
miscommunication, you can’t learn enough, you can’t focus because there are
something that bothers you.”)

Another respondent of our study is Lara. She shared her experience and
opinions on how overcrowding lead to she said:

“Overcrowding leads to not having ventilations because in our classroom we


are so many, we’re like 52, and so its affects our, the feeling of being fresh or
what.”

Research Question No.3: How do you deal with overcrowded classrooms?


Based on the answers of the respondents, the researchers came up with theme

THEME: SOLUTIONS IN DEALING OVERCROWDED CLASSROOMS

The respondents answered their opinion on how do they deal with the
overcrowded classroom.

Rudjun answered:

“Para sa akoa as the classroom president gina enhance jud nako ug ako pang
gina maintain ang amoang officers bali gina tagaan nako sila ug power para
mo rule pud bali para sa akoa in my system I don’t just look at to myself as a
president ganahan ko kana na officers pud president pud, they will kanang bali
ila pung buhaton tanan rule kung unsang officers so mao na para sa akoa gina
enhance nako na ang mga officers labi na daghan man kaayu me noh so
kanang ang mga officers jud mag tindog jud na sila kung naa mey mga
gatherings, sila ang mag control sa overcrowded kaayu namo na room.”

Rudjun answered that (“as the classroom president he always enhance the
leadership of his officers, give them also the power to rule the classroom because on
his leadership system, he don’t see himself as a president alone, he also wants all his
officers act as a president too, they will act as all kinds of officers especially in their
number in the classroom. So whenever there are gatherings or announcements, all
officers will stand on and control the students in their classroom.”)

Marc answered:

“syempre kuan, kung tarung ka nga estudyante, syempre badulungon nimo


imong mga classmates nga dili magsaba niya respeto lang gamay kay
syempre daghan gud mo.”

Marc answered that (“of course, if you are a responsible student, you will warn your
classmates to behave, keep quiet and respect the teachers, especially in classroom
with filled of students.”)
Lara answered:

“The main solution for this is to have sufficient classroom or for the school to
provide classrooms that grow suffice the number of enrollees for the school
year but as a student all I can do is just to adjust to current problem to our
classroom”
