PERSONAL INFORMATION
RETIREMENT/TERMINAL BENEFITS
Your Contribution to the provident fund @10% of your basic salary is matched by the
company at the same rate of contribution.
DC Gratuity Program
In the unfortunate event of death whilst in the company service, your survivors could receive
the following benefits, assuming Company service up to August 31st, 2016.
Premium contribution will be at a 50-50 basis between the company and employee.
HEALTH CARE
You and your family members (spouse/children) are covered for healthcare related expenses
as per the following
Hospitalization
Each member (self and family) is eligible for the following limits, on a per annum basis.

Provident Fund
Paid in lump sum at the time employee leaves the company
Defined Contribution Gratuity (lump sum)
Vesting Period: 5 years’ service
Employee Old Age Benefit Fund (EOBI)
As determined by the Government of Pakistan, the monthly contribution of company and employee is
Rs. 350 and Rs. 80 respectively. Employee gets monthly pension from EOBI after retirement.
Life Insurance
In case of death, employee’s legal heirs will be paid an amount equivalent to 36 basic salaries. In case of
accidental death, the amount is equivalent to 72 basic salaries.
In case of permanent natural/accidental disability, employee is eligible to be paid 36 basic salaries as per
applicable terms and conditions.
