Greetings!

In relation to the request per RESOLUTION NO. 2020-540 dated August 4, 2020, respectfully
furnished to that August Body a copy of Ordinance No. 2008-12 entitled “AN ORDINANCE IMPOSING
LAND REFERENCE SKETCH FEE, ELECTRONIC DATA PROCESSING (EDP) FEE, AND DOCUMENTATION FEE
ON TRANSACTIONS INVOLVING THE ASSESSMENT AND ISSUANCE OF TAX DECLARATIONS OF REAL
PROPERTIES, AND PROCESSING/ISSUANCE OF BUSINESS PERMITS IN THE CITY OF BISLIG”.

In addition to ORDINANCE NO. 2005-14 “REVENUE CODE OF 2006 OF THE CITY OF BISLIG”, the
above-quoted Ordinance is the basis of this office to require the payment of fees and/or charges at the
Office of the City Treasurer, for the new services that were not yet included in the same Revenue Code
of the city.
