    Master Degree in Business Administration, Economics, B Sc Civil
    Engineering (16 Years) or equivalent from HEC recognized University.
    Ten (10) years’ experience in the relevant field (project planning &
    implementation) in Govt. or Semi-Govt. organization.
    Capable of overseeing project related management, procurement,
    Project Director administration and other matters.
    1
    (Eqvt. BPS-19) Well aware of relevant guidelines, rules and regulations.
    Having well knowledge of project planning / management processes and
    procedures.
    Having sufficient knowledge of Project Management & Evaluation System.
    Computer skills are mandatory.
    Age: 40-45 Years.
    1st class Bachelor’s Degree (16 Years) in Civil Engineering from HEC
    recognized University or equivalent qualification and registered as a
    Professional Engineer with Pakistan Engineering Council.
    Preference will be given to the candidate having five (05) year’s experience
    Assistant
    in BPS-17 in a public sector organization / department especially related to
    2 Engineer (Civil)
    large scale construction projects.

    Well versed with project execution in collaboration with consultant,
    contractor and project team.
    Computer skills are mandatory.
    Age: 21-40 Years.
    Master Degree (16 Years) in Commerce, Business Administration and
    Economics from HEC recognized University. or
    Bachelor Degree in Commerce, Business Administration and Economics
    from HEC recognized University with five (05) years’ experience in the
    Accountant
    3 relevant field.
    (Eqvt. BPS-16)
    Preference will be given to the candidate having experience in procurement,
    basic accounts and audit.
    Computer skills are mandatory.
    Age: 21-40 Years.
    4 Sub Engineer Three (03) years diploma in the requisite technology or equivalent
    (Eqvt. BPS-11) qualification from a recognized institution. Valid registration with Board of
    Technical Education.
    Preference will be given to the candidate having five (05) years’ experience
    in public sector organization / department related to execution of large scale
    building construction projects.
    Must be well versed with Surveying, Material Estimation, Quality Assurance
    Techniques and computer skills
    Age: 21-40 Years
    Matric and Physically fit
    Preference will be given to the candidate having experience in office
    Attendant
    5 handling and valid driving license (LTV).

    General Instructions:

    1. Candidates are required to submit attested copies of their documents along with recent
    passport size photo on prescribed application form in-person or send through courier to
    the Registrar, University of Kotli, A J & K.
    2. Application form(s) can be obtained from the Office of the Registrar, University of
    Kotli, A J & K during office hours (08 a.m. to 4 p.m.) after payment of Rs. 1000/- (BPS-
    17 and above) Rs. 500/- (BPS 1-16) on HBL Challan in favour Treasure, University of
    Kotli, A J & K.
    3. In-service candidates must apply through proper channel.
    4. Preference will be given to the AJ&K Nationals.
    5. Applicants will be shortlisted on the basis of written test (where required) in their
    respective fields.
    6. The University reserves the rights of cancelation of advertised posts partially or totally
    without assigning any reason.
    7. Project duration is three to four (3-4) years.
    8. Appointments will be purely on contract basis for the project period; initially for a period
    of one (01) year, extendable on the basis of performance and availability of funds.
    9. These appointments will not entitle the incumbents to claim as a right for permanent
    absorption.
    10. Application forms indicating the posts should reach to the Office Registrar, University of
    Kotli, A J & K latest by 20-01-2020.
    11. Incomplete or application received after due date will not be entertained.
