    SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

    KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

    We, _____________ and ________________, of legal ages, married, Filipinos, and with
    residence address at  ____________________, by these presents name, constitute and appoint
    ________________ or any of the staff of __________________., with office address at
    ___________________, to be our true and lawful attorneys-in-fact to represent us in remitting
    payments, claim and sign documents, and such other necessary acts to be done in processing of
    the Certificate Authorizing Registration and the transfer of the registration of the title and tax
    declaration for a certain parcel of land with improvements that we sold and more particularly
    described as follows –

    “A parcel of land (Lot __________, of the subdivision


    plan, Psd-07-060503, being a portion of Lot 6479-A-2 (LRC) Psd-88074),
    situated in the Barangay of Labangon, City of Cebu, Island of Cebu. Bounded
    on the NE., along line 1-2 by Lot 6479-A-1 (LRC) Psd-88074, on the SE., along
    line 2-3 by Lot 6479-B (LRC) Psd-28606 (Existing Road), on the SW., along
    lines 3-4-5 by Lot 6479-A-2-B, of the subdivision plan, on the NW., along line
    5-6 with legal easement of 3.00m wide by Labangon Creek, on the NE., along
    line 6-1 by Lot 6479-A-1 (LRC) Psd-88074. (xxx) Containing an area of
    SEVENTY NINE (79) square meters, more or less. (xxx)”

    We likewise authorize our attorneys-in-fact to represent us in remitting payments and


    processing the release of our real estate mortgage over the above property, which was annotated
    as Entry no. 2018009264 in the Transfer Certificate of Title, before the mortgagor bank, the
    Registry of Deeds or any appropriate private and government company or agency.

    HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto our said attorney-in-fact full power and
    authority to do and perform any and all other acts and things necessary and proper to be done in
    and about the premises as fully to all intents and purposes as we might or could lawfully do if
    personally present, and HEREBY RATIFYING AND CONFIRMING all that said attorney-in-
    fact shall lawfully do or cause to be done in my behalf by virtue of these presents.
