The conversation began with opening case Walmart in which Walmart needed
to modify the contribution to neighbourhood condition while keeping its centre
systems and activity the equivalent in each market. However, getting worldwide
of Walmart has some advantage like upgraded haggling power with providers
and simple in the exchange of qualities starting with one nation then onto the
next.
At that point we talked about authoritative structure which incorporates entirety
of association including formal association structure, control frameworks and
motivators, measures and hierarchical structure. At that point we discussed
predominant venture which include:
 Firm’s organizational architecture must be internally consistent.
 Organizational architecture must match or fit the strategy of firm
 The strategy of firm should be consistent with competitive conditions.
 Organizational structure consists of structure, processes, incentives &
control with culture.

We have also discussed about Pressure of cost reduction can be particularly


intense in industry producing commodity type of goods.
Pressure of local responsiveness included:
 Difference in consumer tastes & preferences
 Differences in infrastructure & traditional practices
 Differences in distribution channels
 Demand of host government
