Intended for Grade 12
February 26 and 28, 2019

Content Standard:
 The learner demonstrate understanding of recreation in optimizing one’s health as a
habit; as requisite for physical activity assessment performance, and as a career
opportunity.

Performance Standard:
 The learner leads recreational events with proficiency and confidence resulting in
independent pursuit and in influencing others positively.

I. Objectives:

At the end of the activity, the students must have;


a) Oriented with the mechanics of the games;
b) participated in the team building activity; and
c) displayed camaraderie among group mates.

II. Subject Matter

Topic: Team Building Activities


Materials: will be provided by the students
Time Allotment: 1 hour

III. Procedure

 Greetings
 Cleaning of the classroom
 Seating arrangement
 Prayer
 Checking of attendance

B. Review
