and Sample variance of Confirmed Cases (Column B), Recovered Cases (Column C),
Death Cases (Column D) and Active Cases (Column E)using MS Excel. Label Cell A33
as “Sample standard deviation” and Cell A34 as “Sample variance”. Place the results
per column on row 33 (Sample standard deviation) and row 34 (Sample variance) below
the results of Total (Row 32). Screenshot your output and attach it on your answer
sheet.
2.Use the data in ASSESSMENT 2 DATA file to identify the Mean, Median, Mode of
Confirmed Cases (Column B), Recovered Cases (Column C), Death Cases (Column D)
and Active Cases (Column E) using MS Excel. Label Cell A35as “Mean”, Cell A36 as
“Median” and Cell A37as “Mode”. Place the results per column on row 35(Mean), row

Recovered Cases (Column C), Death Cases (Column D) and Active Cases (Column E)
using QUARTILE.INC of MS Excel. Screenshot your output and attach it on your
answer sheet.
5.Use the data in ASSESSMENT 2 DATA file to identify the percentiles (K = 0.05 up to
K = 0.95 with an increment of 0.05) of Death Cases (Column D) and Active Cases
(Column E) usingPERCENTILE.INC of MS Excel. Screenshot your output and attach it
on your answer sheet.
